ABSTRACT
This report presents the findings and outcomes of an internship completed by Mr. Shyam Mukhiya
at LEA Associates South Asia Pvt. Ltd. from July 22, 2024, to August 19, 2024. The internship
focused on skill enhancement and practical applications within a professional environment at the
organization's New Delhi office. The training involved comprehensive project development,
submission of a detailed project report, and active engagement with the team to ensure successful
