STEPS FOR ENTERING RAW DATA IN EXCEL

1. Open Microsoft Excel and select a blank workbook or the workbook you want to enter data

in.

2. Click on a cell to select it and type in your data.

3. Press the Enter key to move to the next cell in the same column.

4. To move to the next row, use the arrow keys on your keyboard or press the Tab key.

5. Repeat the process to enter data in other cells.

6. Save your workbook by clicking on the "File" menu and selecting "Save".

7. You can also copy and paste data from other sources into Excel. Select the data, right-click,

and select "Copy", then right-click on the cell where you want to paste the data and select

"Paste".

STEPS FOR CODING DATA IN EXCEL

1. Open a new sheet in the same excel sheets, name it as coding. Write all the

variables there in rows.

2. After writing variables assign a code to them.

3. Do the same for all the variables.

STEPS FOR FIND AND REPLACE DATA IN EXCEL

1. Click on the "Home" tab and select "Find & Select" in the Editing group.

2. Click on "Replace" or press "Ctrl + H".

3. In the "Find What" box, type the text or value that you want to find.

4. In the "Replace With" box, type the text or value that you want to replace the found

text or value with.

5. Click on "Find Next" to find the first occurrence of the text or value.

6. Click on "Replace" to replace the found text or value with the text or value in the

"Replace With" box.

7. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to find and replace other occurrences of

the text or value.

8. To replace all occurrences at once, click on "Replace All".

9. After converting all the scores this is how the sheet will look like:
