Prompt Engineer / AI/ML Content Writer/Content Creator :

Introduction

As we continue to push the boundaries of AI, we recognize the crucial role of high-quality prompt
engineering in enhancing the performance and utility of our AI models. We are seeking a talented and
detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI
systems.

Job Responsibilities

What You Should Be Doing:

1. Creating High-Quality Content for Various AI Models:


○ Conversational prompts and responses
○ Generative prompts and responses
○ Writing description prompts
○ Detailed descriptions of videos with or without audio
○ Video content summarization
○ Image caption generation
○ Video event caption generation
2. Evaluating Human or AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:
○ Scoring them on multiple parameters and categories
○ Providing feedback and suggesting improvements where applicable
3. Comparing and Rating Multiple AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:
○ Scoring them on various parameters and categories
○ Refining them with improved responses when needed

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

● Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.


● Experience working with large language models and other AI systems.
● At least 6 months - 3 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the
AI and Chatbots domain is preferred.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.

● Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and changing
priorities.
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate and optimize prompts.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
● Any content writing/prompt writing certification would be an added advantage.
● Candidates who appeared/prepared for any English proficiency certification such as IELTS,
TOEFL, CELPIP, TOEIC, or Cambridge English (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE) would be an added
advantage.

Preferred:

● Familiarity with programming languages and scripting skills.


● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field.


● Having a Master’s or PhD in the above fields would be an added advantage.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and
frameworks is preferred.
