Time Number Format:
Under the Time Number Format is a serial number that represents the proportion of one 24-hour day
Time serial number = Proportion of the 24 hour day

Enter time as: hours, colon, minutes, colon, seconds, then a space, and AM or PM (there are other methods also)

Then Apply General NF Apply General Number Format = Ctrl + Shift + ~

This means that if we want to do Time Math and get hours as a result, we must multiply the decimal time answer by 24!!!!
