ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2024-25


Please find instructions for Sports Day to be held on Saturday, 30th November,
2024.

• Dress code for Students: House T-shirt, PE tracks and house cap strictly. No
child will be entertained without the house t-shirt. ID card should be
carried in the bag.

• White shoes as prescribed by the school should be worn. Students can carry
sports shoes if they want to; however, they should be worn only after the
drill for the running events only.

• All the belongings should be well labelled, especially the shoes.

• Arrival of students at the venue: 7.30 a.m. Please ensure that students reach
the venue well in time as they have to be arranged for their sports events.

• Seating of parents: 7.45 a.m. onwards.


• Event commences at 8.00 a.m.

• Venue:
Naval Ground, 143, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Naval Civilian
Housing Colony, New Colony, Kanjurmarg West, Bhandup West,
Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078

• The event will end by 1.30 pm tentatively.

• No pick up or drop facility by the school bus will be provided on the Sports
Day, 30th November, 24.

• The school shall be providing snacks but please ensure you send dry snacks,
in case the child requires, and send ample drinking water.
• Parents are requested to be seated till the end and not to come to the
students’ enclosure. We assure the safety of all our students.

• No child will be allowed to leave the venue before the end of the event.
Parents too are requested to be seated till the end of the event. We look
forward to participation of all students and request all parents to encourage
the same.

• Parents can avail the canteen facility available on the ground.

• Parents are requested to give their names for Tug of war and Fun race at the
beginning of the event to Ms Subiya / Ms Sudeshna, at the announcement
desk.

• Students will be dispersed class wise from the ground at the end of the event.

• Kindly carry the chaperone card on the day of the event, in case someone
other than the parent is supposed to pick the child. Also inform the class
teacher on the portal.

• Parents are requested to be seated patiently till the call for dispersal.

• Please refrain from coming on the tracks to click photographs while the
event is on. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the
memorable moments.

• In case, your child is unable to make to the Final Sports Day, in case of
any unforeseen circumstances, please inform the class teacher
immediately, as adjustments have to be made in the races and events.

• As mentioned earlier, parking is strictly not allowed in the vicinity of


the ground. You are requested to kindly park the car at a far away
location or use public transport.

• Parents are requested to kindly not argue with the teachers regarding the
winners; we have the best coaches and teachers to keep a track of the
same. Please talk to your children about how participation is the most
important thing.
