Eligibility Criteria:
 Academic Background: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA (Master of
Computer Applications).

 Minimum Academic Marks: 55% aggregate marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, UG/PG).

 Year of Passing: 2024 and Pursuing.

Role Overview
As an entry-level Software Developer, you will be an integral part of our technology team, contributing to the
design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity
for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers by working on real-world projects and gaining hands-on
experience with the latest tools and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

Your contributions will include:

 Writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.

 Testing and debugging software to ensure functionality and performance.

 Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable software

Required Skills and Qualifications
 Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
 Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
 Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Bond Agreement

 Mandatory Bond Period: 1.5 years (18 months).


 Selected candidates will be required to sign a bond agreement before joining, committing to a
minimum service period of 1.5 years.

Compensation
 CTC Range: ₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (depending on skills and performance during the selection process).
