I. INTRODUCTION
The healthcare sector faces challenges such as inefficient
appointment scheduling, poor communication, and
resource allocation issues, impacting access, patient
engagement, and overall efficiency. Technology
solutions, like doctor appointment systems, are crucial
for addressing these challenges.
The research paper aims to address the problem of
inefficient and error-prone doctor appointment
scheduling, as well as inadequate patient-doctor
communication in healthcare, by designing and
implementing an advanced doctor appointment system
to enhance efficiency and improve the overall patient
experience.
