Make a Project in OpenOffice Base for Database Management according to


your Roll No.

Instructions for Project :-


1. Attach the screenshot of each and every step or command along with
output screens.
2. Attach the outputs and datasheet separately for each table.
3. Write appropriate steps with each screenshot.
Roll No. 1 to 15 – Library Management
Roll No. 16 to 30 – Hotel Management
Roll No. 31 onwards – Railway Reservation

Instructions for Creating Database (take the screenshots) :-
1. Create one table using design view and another using sql command.
2. Give Primary Key to the Suitable Field in both tables.
3. Insert 3 records using datasheet view in one table and 3 records using sql command
in another table.
4. Create relationship between tables.
5. Create Form for both the Tables and input 2-2 records using forms of both tables.
6. Create Report for both the tables

Write SQL COMMANDS for the following :-


1. Display all the records of both the tables in ascending or descending order of using
any one field.
2. Update any one record in the table using any condition.
3. Delete any one record from the table using any condition.
4. Alter the structure of the table.
NOTE :-
1. Individual Project
2. Use Ring file well decorated with the name slip for the project file.
3. Printout should be black & white and printed on one side of paper.
4. Use Cover Page as given below -
