    Good morning, dear teachers, classmates and friends.

    Today I’d like to deliver a speech about Halloween. It’ s one of the most exiting
    festivals in USA. It’s celebrated on 31 st of October. Halloween is a day filled with fun,
    creativity and spookiness.
    Halloween has a big history that brings us back to ancient times. It began with the
    celts. Who celebrated a festival called Samhain. They believed that on this night the
    boundary between living and dead was blurred allowing spirits to roam the earth. To
    protect themselves from these spirits people would light bone fires and wear
    costumes.
    Now Halloween has evolved in to celebration where we can dress up as anything
    our imagination can dream up. We could dress up as heroes, villains or monsters.
    Halloween allow us to express ourselves and have fun with our friends and family.
    Most kids love Halloween because you can get free candy it is called trick or treat.
    On Halloween nights they go door to door saying trick or treat to collect candy.
    People carve pumpkins in to jack o lanterns. They use spooky decoration to
    decorate they’re homes.
    Halloween is a special time for fun and creativity
