Introduction:
Drilling a nanopore in graphene by Si-nanoparticle bombardment
This is an MD-based tool drilling a nanopore in graphene by using Si-nanoparticle
bombardment. The user adjustable parameters are particle size (Å), initial position of
nanoparticle (Å), incident speed of particle (km/s), simulation timestep (fs), total number
of simulation steps, number of dumping frequency. After the MD simulation is done, the
use can run the post-processing code to quantify the pore formation.

This application is build for the calculating various solar cell parameters
Using the raw I-V and EQE data within the second.
In this tool, we build a simple and cost-effective tools to extract the photovoltaics
parameters form light current-voltage and EQE data. The tools is published as the Web
App using the streamlet library. The tools contains two different parts, (1) Extraction
of the I-V parameters using the raw I-V data, and this will allows us to to know the
photovoltaics parameters of the devices within a second, (2) part is the cutting-edge
EQE-Jsc and Voltage-Loss Analysis Calculator!
