Statement of Purpose

As an aspiring legal scholar deeply passionate about the intersection of law, society, and
justice, I am thrilled to apply for the position of Research and Teaching Associate at National
Law University, Delhi. With a solid foundation in legal theory, a commitment to rigorous
research, and a dedication to fostering the next generation of legal minds, I am eager to
contribute to the vibrant academic community at your esteemed institution.

My research agenda revolves around exploring the dynamic relationship between law and
societal change, particularly in areas concerning constitutional law, environmental law,
human rights, criminal law etc. Through interdisciplinary inquiry, I seek to uncover the
nuanced ways in which legal frameworks shape and are shaped by cultural, political, and
economic forces. My recent research projects, including THE JUDICIAL ARMAMENT
OF CONSTITUTIONAL MORALITY IN INDIA: THE HARBINGER OF
MORALITY OR RELIGIOUS FANATICISM, demonstrate my ability to engage with
complex legal issues critically and analytically.

In the classroom, I prioritize creating an inclusive and intellectually stimulating environment


where students are encouraged to think critically, challenge assumptions, and engage deeply
with legal principles and theories. By incorporating experiential learning activities, case
studies, and lively discussions, I aim to cultivate not only a strong understanding of legal
doctrine but also the analytical and communication skills necessary for effective legal
practice and scholarship. My experience as a teaching assistant for judiciary aspirants has
equipped me with the pedagogical skills and empathy necessary to support diverse learners in
reaching their full potential.

I am particularly drawn to National Law University, Delhi because of its renowned faculty,
commitment to academic excellence, and vibrant intellectual community. I am excited about
the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed scholars and contribute to the college's tradition
of cutting-edge research and innovative pedagogy. Moreover, I am impressed by Centre for
Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL] as it liaises with institutions, professionals, NGOs,
governments, public authorities, industry, corporates, for providing consultancy, conducting
research and undertaking projects. and look forward to contributing to their continued
success.
In conclusion, I am deeply invested in advancing knowledge and understanding in the field of
law and am confident that my research expertise, teaching experience, and passion for legal
education make me a strong candidate for the Research and Teaching Associate position at
National Law University, Delhi. I am eager to bring my unique perspective and dedication to
