Application in Real Life Scenario Case Study
Scenario- I am planning to do a switch from my current company
working as a Cloud support engineer to a role of data analyst.
Plan:
The first step is to plan for the role of a data analyst profile. I listed
down the skills to learn and any skills which you have used in
previous project and which can be helpful is Analyst role. Also
seeing the current boom of data profiles riding a trend can give a
greater boost to my career and with that thought process I thought
of entering the world of data.
Prepare:
Now the next step is to prepare for the skills required for the role of
data analyst. I needed a clear roadmap and a course which will help
me to acquire those skills. I researched and prepared the list of
courses which I thought are relevant and sorted it based on higher
ratings and as per relevance of placements and with a reasonable
price. Now I got the list of courses and picked top 5 of them.
Process:
Now I reached out to their support executives and tried to gather as
much information possible about the course. Then I checked how
the course will help me and how I will be able to give time to the
course as a working professional. After going through the whole
process, I shortlisted 2 of them.
Analyze:
Then I reached out to few of previous students and connected them
over LinkedIn and got to know their experience. I analyzed that out
of 2 course one was out of my budget and one looked lucrative for
the price point and the hands on experience it promises.
Share:
Now I shared this idea of me switching to my friends and reiterated
the whole analysis I did. They also shared their opinions and
advices and few of them were also interested for the course.
Act:
Finally, I purchased the Trainity course for my preparation of data
analyst journey for the price point and the hands-on experience the
course provides and recommended my friends about this course.
