Display the Maximum and Minimum market data.
Steps for displaying maximum and minimum data: Step 1: Open Excel Step 2: Open new file Step 3: Double click on cell to select and type the table no (if required) and select the first row and column from (A-G) with the help of mouse in which you written “Table No” and click on merge & center icon in data tab. Step 4: Similarly do the same for second row and column. Step 5: Write down the information in each data cell. Step 6:On Home tab, in the Editing group click on Autosum click min or max and then press enter. Experiment 2 Calculate the average marks of the students of your college. Steps for displaying the average marks of the students of your college: Step 1: Open Excel Step 2: Open new file Step 3:Select the cell by double clicking on it . Fill the data in each cell. Step 4: With the help of arrrows you can manage over the excel sheet and fill the data. Experiment 3 Display the yearwise strength of the students of a college in tabular form and Graphical form. Step 4: Enter the data correctly. Step 5: Select the data which we have entered. Step 6: Go to insert and the go to chart click on column for column representation. Step 7: For Pie chart again go to insert then chart and then pie chart. Experiment 4 Print the measures of Central Tendency using grouped data and ungrouped data. Steps for printing the measures of Central Tendency using grouped data and ungrouped data are:- Step 1: Open Excel. Step 2: Open new file. Step 3: Select the row an coloumn to fill the grouped and ungrouped data. Step 4: For finding the Mean type mean in one of the row and then =sum of fx/sumof f and then press enter and we will get the mean. Step 5: For Median we will write the formula of median and will press enter. Step 6: And same for Mode. Experiment 5 To represent the IQ of the students using Graph and Table (i) below 105 (ii) above 124 Step for representing the iq of students using graph and table:- Step 1: Open Excel. Step 2: Open new file. Step 3: Fill the data in the each cells. Step 4: Click on data analysis tab. Step 5: In the data analysis dialog box, select histogram from the list. And click OK. Step 6: In the Histogram dialog box: select the input range (all the no of childrens). And bin range(lower limits of grouped data). Step 7: Select the chart output. And click OK.
