LITERATURE SURVEY

Literature survey is the most important step in software development process.Before developing the
tool it is necessary to determine the time factor, economy and company strength.Once these things
are satisfied,then next steps are to determine which operating system and language can be used for
developing the tool.Once the programmers start to building the tool the programmers need lot of
external support.
This support can be obtained from senior programmers,from Book or from website.
Beforr building the system the bove consideration are taken into account for devveloping the
proposed system.

EXISTING SYSTEM :

User need to add all the contacts in the phone manually.They can also add and delete
however it is very tedious process.They don't have provision to email from the contacts.

PROPOSED SYSTEM :

In this application every one can maintain the details of all the students in their mobile
only.So we can easily reach all the student of a college.It consists of student.information like
name,category,serial no.,gender,age,address,phone,email id.

● Contact manager is a project provided by technical assignment helps to is in that we


get a simple SQL solution to store our contacts.
● This will hell.easily search and manage contacts using this system.
● The names are present in user sated formats like alphabetical oorder,according to
time,date,recently,sp that user can easily find the required personalong with their
addressand telelhone numbersand and use search option.
● For searching operation user will able to get any particular record using their contact
and phone number but the onlh condition is that,customers record must be available
within the file system.
● This article is very helpul for business who want to improve their customer
relationships using contact management software.
● The Contact Manager solution should be fully configured to run on your local
machine.
● Add custom fields to ensure no piece of data goes missing.
