Tell me about yourself:

First and foremost, I am a hard-working, loyal and


enthusiastic person who understands how important
work is to my overall happiness. I take my work very
seriously and I am always looking to improve my skills
and qualifications so I can work to the highest standards
possible in my role.
I have completed my bachelor studies at University of
Business and Technology and currently work as a
Software Developer at Raiffeisen Bank of Kosovo. Prior
to my current job I worked for almost 1 year as a Front
End Developer and before that I finished an internship in
AppDec Compony as a Software Developers. Beside
outside of working hours , since I see myself as a hard-
working person I like to work as a freelancer on
freelancer platforms. I am also very committed to the
trainings that help me develop in my career. I have
attended various trainings such as training at AUK RIT
Kosovo for web development, I have won a scholarship
to attend training at Coding Dojo and Java and Mobile
Application Development from ICT

Why do you want to work here:


What I want from a job is to be challenging and give me
the opportunity to advance in that field by learning new
skills. In my current job I do not see this possibility as
the work I do is very limited and the direction I have
chosen has no limits. Considering the explanation about
the company and the work I see it as an opportunity for
me to move forward. I feel the role will give me a new
fresh challenge something which I have been looking for
sometime now. I see that there is an opportunity to train
develop and take on further qualification within the
company

What are your strengths:


I have a hard working nature
I have an enthusiastic demeanor
I am always looking for the positives in every situation
I like to support and help other

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?


If I am successful today, the first thing I plan to do is to
get competent in the role as soon as possible. Once I
am trained up in the role I would like to consolidate my
skills and become experienced within the team. So I
guess the short answer is to become good at my job, be
accepted by my team and managers and also enjoy my
work as much as possible. If the opportunity presents
itself for me to progress within the organization that
would be amazing.

What are your weaknesses?


I sometimes get slightly irritated when people don’t carry
out their work to a hight standard . Because I set myself
high standards I except others too. Although it can
irritate me at times I have learnt to just focus on my own
job.

What makes a good team member?


Having a dedicated leader
Great communication with team members and its leader
Being supportive of the other team member
Learn from mistakes and improve
