3 ) Introduction

My name is Yashwitha, I come from ongole Andhra Pradesh .Currently I am pursuing


my btech Degree in the field of ece at sastra University. In terms of my career goals ,my
short term goal is to secure a challenging role that aligns with my skills and interests
and my long term goal is to gain expertise in my field and secure a leadership
position.My strength is that I have great organizational skills. I have also been a team
lead for an events club and organized few tech events in my college . And my weakness
is that I am a bit under confident when it comes to public speaking but now I am ok with
it as I have been speaking in my presentations and club meets. Regarding the projects ,
I have done an iot project which is basically an iot based object sorting system that
automatically sorts objects based on its colour and a power bi project that provides
dynamic dash board to the stake holders for making data driven decisions .and my
hobbies are listening to music and cooking.

4 ) Will u do masters
No sir I am not planning for higher studies now , My primary focus is into working I want
to work in a company where I can learn as much as I can and grow as an individual.

5 ) Y 9.8 984 7.5 ?


In our college , Viduth Vihar that's the ece block is considered to be one of the toughest
schools to score marks as lectures are more precise and particular in giving marks .
Most of the time we struggle so hard , and study whole night to get minimum marks that
are required to pass the examination.

6) Why sastra ? Why this far ?


I always wanted to come out of my home and study because I have always believed
coming out of our home can teach us many things and Like any other student I too had
a dream of going to an nit but due to lockdown I couldn't score enough percentile to get
into an nit but my board marks were pretty good and sastra was the best option for me
as it has the best faculty, the best infrastructure , the best opportunities. Last but not the
least placements at sastra are far better compared to the local colleges in our state .

7 ) 5yrs??
5 years from now I will see my self in a leadership position leading a successful and
productive team in the organisation I am working in. I will also be learning new
technology and trends so that I will be able to adapt to new roles and projects
and provide value to the organisation.

8 ) Y should we hire u ?
I believe I am a great fit for this role , I am a self motivated person and give my 100
percent to any task given to me .I also perform well as an individual and as a team
member . Overall I believe I can contribute a lot to the organisation with my skill.

9 ) Are u willing to relocate


Yes sir, For me place of work does not matter rather work of my interest matters so I will
be able to relocate if my role requires me to do so .

10 ) describe yourself in one word

One word that describes me is versatile. I can adapt to changing scenarios and can
adapt myself accordingly . In my experience i have been a team lead for a technical
event team and also been an organizer for another team . I have worked in both the
teams simultaneously while managing my academics and examinations as well.

11) Tell me something about your family ??


We are a family of 4 members . my father is a manager at Leonia resorts Hyderabad,
My mother is a home maker and my sister is persuing her master's at Galway university
in Ireland and we are very understanding and supportive for each other .

12 ) what motivates you ??


The sense of satisfaction that I get from the work is very important for me .it is the
driving force for my motivation. Because for me
its not about just doing the work but it's all about the learning and the value that I am
adding into that work .

13 ) who is your inspiration??


Sir , I always look up to my mother as my inspiration because while growing up I have
seen her struggle a lot but despite the situations she stood for her self and for her family
. She always taught us one thing no matter how worse the situations are never give up .
14 ) what is your strength??
I have great organizational skills, and I am a good team member. I believe working in
team brings in different perspectives to a problem and provides a better and optimal
solution . i have also been a team lead for a technical event team and organized various
events in my college . even in our team we always work together and bring up one
single framework for our event .

15) what is your weak ness ??


Sir i am a bit underconfident when it comes to public speaking , but i believe i am ok
with it now as i have been practicing it during presentations , softskills classes, and club
meets in my college .
