Registration:
Participants must report to the registration desk between 8:15 AM and
9:30 AM on the day of the event.
Only one member of a team is required to register on behalf of the
entire team.
Identity Verification:
Participants must produce a valid student identity card from their
college during the registration process.
Team Composition:
Teams must consist of students from the same college.
The number of members per team should adhere to the event-specific
guidelines provided.
Dress Code:
Participants are encouraged to wear formal attire for management
events unless otherwise specified in the event guidelines.
Electronic Devices:
Teams must bring their own laptops with internet access if required
for the event.
The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited unless explicitly
permitted by the event coordinators.
Rules and Regulations:
Specific rules and regulations for each round of the event will be
communicated to participants before the start of the respective round.
It is the responsibility of the participants to understand and adhere to
these rules.
Judging:
The decisions made by the judges will be final and binding in all
rounds of the event.
Participants must respect and accept the judgment without dispute.
Behavior:
Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will lead to the
disqualification of the team.
Participants are expected to strictly adhere to the guidelines and
maintain sportsmanship throughout the event.
Power Failure:
The college or event organizers will not be held responsible for any
disruptions during performances caused by internet failure.
Communication:
Participants must communicate with the designated coordinators for
any clarifications or concerns before the commencement of the event.
Registration Fee:
All participants must register for their respective events and pay a
registration fee of ₹100 per person using the link or QR code provided
in the brochure.
The fee does not include food, but food stalls will be available on
campus.
Overall Champions:
Points earned from all events will be considered in determining the
overall champions.
Event Participation:
Each participant is allowed to participate in only one event.
Registration Deadlines:
Online Registration: Closes on 15th January 2025 at 10:00 PM.
Spot Registration: Limited slots will be available on the day of the
event.
Faculty and Student Coordinators:
Each event will have designated faculty and student coordinators.
Participants must follow their instructions and decisions. For event-
related queries or concerns, participants should reach out to the
respective coordinator.
Department of Management Studies
Each team may consist of two members from the same college.
The Quizmaster’s decisions will be final and binding in all matters related
to the event.
Multiple teams can participate from the same college without restrictions.

The event will consist of three rounds: Cricket Quiz Round, Audio-Visual
Round, and Auction Round.
The use of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited
in the preliminary round
Decisions made by the committee and the auctioneers will be final and
binding.
Participants must bring their laptops, with one laptop required per team.
Details and regulations for each round will be disclosed at the beginning
of the respective round.

Department of Science
Only team entries are allowed, with each team consisting of two members.
After completion of one round, the next person in the team moves on to
the following round.
If one person fails to solve a question, it can be passed to the next person
in the team.
In the final round, all team members can participate together to solve the
questions.
Only the fastest four teams will advance to the fourth round.
The topic will be provided on the event day and 2 hours will be provided
Photos must be taken during the allotted time using personal cameras
(DSLR, mirrorless, point-and-shoot, or smartphones).
Props and accessories are allowed but should enhance rather than
overshadow the design.
All participants must bring their college ID cards on the day of the
competition.
Round 1: Each participant will have one minute for impromptu speaking
based on randomly assigned objects, which cannot be changed.
Round 2: Qualified participants will face questions from the judging panel

The registration fee is ₹100 per participant.
Note: Both prizes will be awarded if there are at least 4 entries; only the
1st prize will be awarded if there are 3 entries.

A volunteer will accompany each team to ensure fair play and prevent
malpractices.
