INTRRODUCTION TO TAYLOR’S THEOREM:
Taylor's Theorem provides an approximation of a function using
polynomials, which can represent the function locally around a
point.

For a function f(x) that is n times differentiable at a point a,

Rn(x) is the error term representing the difference between

f(x)f(x)f(x) and the approximation.
Understanding the Taylor
Series Expansion:
deriving the taylor
series:
Example: Derive the Taylor series for exe^xex around x0=0x_0 = 0x0=0:
f(x)=exf(x) = e^xf(x)=ex
f′(x)=exf'(x) = e^xf′(x)=ex, f′′(x)=exf''(x) = e^xf′′(x)=ex, etc.
f(k)(0)=1f^{(k)}(0) = 1f(k)(0)=1 for all kkk

Series Expansion:
applications of taylor’s theorem:

Approximation of Functions: Taylor series can approximate complex functions with

polynomials, useful in numerical methods and computational algorithms.
Error Estimation: The remainder term Rn(x)R_n(x)Rn(x) helps estimate the error,
allowing for controlled approximations.
Practical Applications:
Physics: Approximation in equations of motion.
Engineering: Simplifying complex circuit models.
Computer Science: Efficient algorithms in numerical computation.
Example: Approximation of sin⁡(x) using its Taylor series for small x.
