Rent Agreement One Page Residential Six Months
This Rent Agreement is made and executed at Delhi on this 03/09/2024 between ___________
, (hereinafter called the first party of the one part/owner)
AND
________________ (herein after called the second party/tenant).
The expressions of the First Party and Second Party shall mean and include their legal heirs
successors, assigns, nominees, nominees, executors, representative etc. respectively.
WHEREAS the First Party is the owner and has agreed to let out ______________ to the
second Party for the period of 6 months.
NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER
1. That the tenancy has started with effect from 01/09/2024 TO 28/02/2025 i.e. 6
months , the tenant has taken the said premises for residential purpose.
2. That the monthly rent has been fixed at Rs.3000/- P.M. in case in according to
English calendar month in monthly rent.
3. That the charges of water & electricity and monthly maintenance charges excluding
power backup shall be including paid by second party to the first party as per
consumption OR directly to the TPDDL or DJB.
4. That the second party shall use the said premises only for Residential purpose not
for any other purpose.
5. That the first party has received a security of nil/- from the second party and the
same amount shall be refundable when the second party will be deliver the vacant
physically possession of the said premises to the first party.
6. That the first party or his/her authorized person shall have rights to visit or inspect
the said premises in any reasonable hours/timing
7. That the second party shall not make any additions or alternations in the said
premises without the written permissions of the first party.
8. That the second party shall not sublet the tenancy rights to any other persons in any
circumstances.
9. That with the mutual consent of both the parties if any party wants to vacate said
premises before expiry of tenancy period then interested party shall give and take
one month’s written notice to each other.
10. That the after the expiry of tenancy period the second party shall deliver the said
premises in as it is conditions to the first party fitted with all fittings and fixture in
working order.
11. That if the tenant fails to pay agreed monthly rent continuous for a period of one
month the landlord will be entitled to terminate the tenancy without notice and get
the said demised premises vacated from the tenant.
12. That in future if any dispute arises between the said first party and second party then
the disputes shall be settled only in the jurisdiction of Delhi Court.
13. That the tenant shall not misuse the electricity meter in said premises in case any
kind of consequences arises in respect thereof then he/they will be liable for the
same and the landlord shall not be responsible for the same.
14. That both the parties include their legal heirs, successors, assigns, etc. bound under
the terms and conditions of this agreement.
15. That after the expiry of tenancy period of six months if the tenancy shall extend for
further period of six month then the rent will increase @ 10% of the present rent.
IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, both the parties have signed this Rent Agreement on the day,
month and year first above written.
