    Dear Sir/ Madam, I want to return my POS machine, which was issued to me 2 months

    ago. Your bank officer had told me that no monthly charges would be charged but
    they are unduly charged from my current account. Kindly credit back these charges
    into my account and deactivate my POS at your earliest.
