ASKY Club Is defined as ASKY Frequent Flyer Award Program. It is designed in a way that it helps
identify the demands and travel habits of its members and offer them personalized services and gifts.

Brown is the entry level of ASKY Club, and you can look forward to earning miles.
The more you fly, the quicker you will progress from your Brown level to the next level and begin to
enjoy special benefits offered by ASKY Club.
Miles earned with ASKY Club, entitle members to award tickets, upgrades, lounges privileges, special
baggage allowances and much more.

Below is your temporary Brown membership card. Please print and use this card until your permanent
card is mailed to you. If you already have a paper card holding a similar number, please print your
name, sign and use it in your subsequent flights.

This is your permanent account number that will be used as long as you are member of ASKY Club
program.
You need to have only one membership number.
To be able to accumulate your travel miles automatically please remember to quote this number during
reservation, ticketing or check-in.
Your Brown membership card will be sent to you either upon completing two flights, or accruing 3000

ASKY Club Program Rules
To ensure that when you fly with us, your air travel is as comfortable and convenient as possible, ASKY
has designed ASKY Club.

One of the most pleasing aspects of this program is that it provides us with the opportunity to award our
loyal customers. And if you are reading this program rules, this is because you have just decided to
become one of our loyal customers. And we thank you.
ASKY Club offers four different types of Tier Levels which are: Brown, Silver, Gold, and Black.
The more you use your ASKY Club card, the quicker you will progress from your Brown level to Silver,
then to Gold and finally to Black.
Each Tier Level offers you more advantages. The more you fly, the higher the benefits you get.

ASKY Club - Brown


Brown is the entry level of ASKY Club. A member is enrolled with a Prospect status on the Brown Tier
by default. A Prospect member’s account status will automatically be changed to Active when the first
Flight transaction is recorded. An enrolment Bonus of 1,000 Miles is allocated as an incentive. If during
your enrolment you select e-mail as preferred communication tool, you will be allocated an electronic
bonus of 500 miles. These two bonuses will be credited at the first flight activity.
Once you accrue 3000 status miles or have completed two flights you will receive your permanent
membership card. This card permits you to accrue miles every time you fly on ASKY or its partners. This
will allow you to attain the next level easily. When you attain the next level you will be credited an
attainment bonus of 1000 miles. In case you wish to replace your card you will be charged 2000 miles.
As our valued customer and our Brown member, you receive Special service and treatment at the
agency when booking.
ASKY Club - Silver
We welcome you to the second level of ASKY Club. Once you reach 25.000 miles you become Silver.
You will be granted an attainment bonus of 1000 miles. At this level you begin to enjoy advantages as
our frequent traveler. As a Silver member you get a tier activity bonus of 25% on your status miles
accrued when flying ASKY. For example: Every mile flown in Economy Class will earn 1 ASKY Club
Mile and 2 miles for traveling Business Class. Silver members earn 1•25 Miles instead of 1.

You will enjoy the following advantages as a Silver member: A VIP service and treatment at the agency
when booking, Priority on waiting lists, assistance at the airport, 10kg baggage allowance, access to
airport lounges on ASKY Hub, upgrading, award ticket, personalized luggage tag, and the ability to
select your seat. Card replacement is allowed at a cost of 2000 miles per member.
ASKY Club - Gold
This is the third level and one of the top of ASKY Club. Once you reach 50.000miles you will be
qualified to become Gold. An attainment bonus of 1000 miles will be granted to you. As a Gold member
you have additional advantages as one of our VIP customers. A tier activity bonus of 75% on your
status miles accrued when flying ASKY, is guaranteed. For example: Every mile flown in Economy
Class will earn 1 ASKY Club Mile and 2 miles for traveling Business Class. Gold members earn 1•75
Miles instead of 1.

The following advantages are what you enjoy as a Gold member: A VIP service and treatment at the
agency when booking, Priority on waiting lists, assistance at the airport, 15kg baggage allowance,
access to airport lounges on ASKY Hub, upgrading, award ticket, personalized luggage tag, and the
ability to select your seat. Card replacement is allowed at a cost of 2000 miles per member.
ASKY Club - Black
This is the TOP of ASKY Club. You will be eligible on this level once you obtain 100.000miles. Then
you become Black, and this makes you our Elite customer. You will be granted an attainment bonus of
1000 miles. As our Elite member, you have more advantages. When flying ASKY you will be granted a
tier activity bonus of 100% on your status miles accrued.

As a Black member you will enjoy: A VIP service and treatment at the agency when booking, Priority on
waiting lists, assistance at the airport, 20kg baggage allowance, access to airport lounges on ASKY
Hub, upgrading, award ticket, personalized luggage tag, and the ability to select your seat. Card
replacement is allowed at a cost of 2000 miles per member.
Once you become a member of ASKY Club, you will not only benefit different advantages as per your
Tier Level, but you will be allowed more interesting advantages in order to make your membership very
interesting.
As a member of ASKY Club, you wouldn’t be the only one to enjoy your Award Ticket benefits, but your
spouse, parents and children under 18 years of age, as well can. All you have to do is to complete a
“pre-nominated beneficiary form”. Once this is done you may order award for any one of them. Only
pre-nominated beneficiary can benefit such award from a member. For more details visit

For members who have enrolled separately, ASKY Club allows account pooling. This functionality will
enable families, member groupings or a member network to pool multiple accounts into one account,
thus allowing for faster point accumulation toward redemption.

In cases like this, the different member accounts must be pooled into one account. The nominated
account is the only one allowed to redeem Miles. The member must complete the “Request to Pool
Account” form and send it to the Call Centre together with a certified copy of his / her ID document.
The transaction must be approved by the Program Administrator.

How do I accumulate my MILES?
To gain your miles, in order to benefit your advantages, just quote your card number while booking
tickets and at check-in at the airport. Automatically your miles are credited on your account. These miles
are calculated based on the destination and booking class.
Only the individual published fares are accepted. Group rates, and those made for travel professionals
are excluded from the program. The Accrual Table to be seen on www.flyasky.com .your bonus miles
awarded will NOT be taken into accounting while calculating the access to higher level.

How do I manage my Account?


Prior to any purchase of Award, you can check the status of your account on the website www.flyasky.com.
To proceed you must have your card number and your password. You will receive quarterly statement
of your account by email or by mail (depending on the communication tool you have chosen). You can
also access your statement through the site. On a regular basis, ASKY will send you a newsletter by
email (if you provide your email address) in order to present its various products, promotions and
information concerning ASKY Club.

How do I get my Awards?
Depending on the miles you’ve accumulated, you can choose between the different awards offered by
ASKY Club: Award tickets, excess baggage, upgrades. Please see below, or check the Redemption
Table on www.flyasky.com by identifying yourself with your card number and password.

Procedure for Award Ticket:


An award request will be sent to ASKY Club service by:
- Fax by mail or in person at any of ASKY ticket office. A form will be completed and your signature will
be required.
- Through the website of the company by validating your access with your ASKY Club card number and
your password.
- By email. By returning the award request form and joining your card number and your password.
The conditions for obtaining Awards must be respected.
Applications must be made at least (21) twenty-one days prior to departure for award
tickets and upgrades, and three (3) days for exceeding luggage.

AWARD TICKETS
With ASKY Club, Redeem your miles for Free travel.
After issue of award tickets, Change or reservation of award ticket is allowed at a cost of 1000
miles. After use of the award, no date change will be permitted. Taxes and airport charges and
security are the responsibility of the member. They must be paid upon issuance of the award ticket.
The validity of the award ticket is 3 months from the date of issue.
Award tickets are issued on behalf of members and / or on behalf of any person designated by the
member at the request of the award ticket. If award ticket is not used, a reversal is allowed after removal
of 500 miles as penalty for all tier levels. Award Tickets depend on the number of seats reserved for
the program. ASKY is the sole judge of the number of seats available per flight for the award tickets.

UPGRADE
Choose comfort and Redeem your miles to upgrade to business class.
Upgrade Awards are available for one-way journey made using a ticket issued in respect of ASKY. In
case of upgrades, miles will be credited based on the purchased fare and not for the class in which the
member has made his flight. Free tickets and group rates are not entitled to any upgrades. This bonus is
only valid on normal rate tickets displayed (excluding promotions).

EXCESS BAGGAGE
Redeem your miles for excess baggage of 15, 20,25kg.
Excess baggage is available for one-way trip. Free transportation of 15,20,25 kg of excess baggage
applies in addition to normal allowance in the class of travel and paid on one way-way journey. A single
excess baggage will be accepted per flight per member.
