We are using only above 2 files of defect map.
The window, VIVA – Image Dimension appears like below, you should change
the values for fitting your device condition . ex)Panorama or CT
It is the most important thing to do defect map, because of deciding dimension
of image.
※Notice
Please put below value into the window, VIVA – Image Dimension after knowing
of sensor type and the device function.

When you finished to put values into the window, VIVA – Image Dimension,
above window will be came out.
You should click ‘Yes’ button.
There is black image on the top of VIVA.
Please drag
‘mode_0_defect_map’ on the
top of VIVA.
There are a lot of white points
on the black image. It is called
bad pixels.
If you click ‘OR Image’ button, it copies white points on the black image to the
white image to do defect map.

Don’t forget the sequence.
