Position description:
Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Backend Developer skilled in Python, Django, and A
WS to tackle exciting challenges in a startup atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver and maintain robust backend services with Python/Django.


 Architect and design solutions for large-scale, complex problems.
 Break down projects into tasks and identify critical paths.
 Execute technical features from inception to deployment, maintaining
a hands-on approach.
 Uphold best practices in development, ensuring team compliance.
 Provide mentorship to junior developers.
 Multitask effectively across various projects.
 Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards of code q
uality.
 Exhibit exceptional debugging skills to swiftly resolve issues.
 Strong work estimation skills to ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

 Solid experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.


 Proficiency with Python, Django is a must.
 Expertise with AWS, Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL.
 Minimum experience of 6 years in a relevant field.
 Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
