AL WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY L.L.C is affiliated with United Arab Emirates Basketball
Association (UAEFA).The Club is represented by Mr.Rashid Bin Ghaid acting as President of the
club ,Mr.Alexander Peter Ephraim Assistant Manager, Mr.Jefferson Hansmeell Co-Signed Global
Sport Management Agency.
Here referred as "Basketball Club" AL WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY L.L.C FIRSTLY AND MR
AITA NDOYE Basketball Player ON THE OTHER HAND IT HAS BEEN AGREED
AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1 - Conditions
1.1 This Player contract is governed by:
- the provisions of the Labor Code and the Sports Code; FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT of football player
- the National Sports Convention (C.N.S), available for consultation in the premises of Club.
- the statutes and regulations of the UAEFA which the Player has read and undertakes to respect; The
player also undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Club's internal regulations, which a copy
was given to him and to the instructions of the Club concerning the conditions of execution of the
work.
1.2 All the provisions of this contract contrary to the aforementioned texts are null and void.
1.3 The player declares to be free from any other sporting commitment, whether salaried or not, and
declares to have warned the Club of any information concerning an administrative restriction of
which it would be subject and of which it would have been officially aware as being likely to prevent
it from performing and respecting this contract.
1.4 The Declaration Prior to Hiring (DPAE) of Ms.AITA NDOYE was made by the institution AL
WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY L.L.C.

AL WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY L.L.C is affiliated with UAEFA with which the agency is
registered.
Article 2
6.2 (in case of full-time) Given the nature of his duties, the player is prohibited throughout the
duration of this contract, whatever the cause, to enter the service of a club or any other agencies
exercising a competitive activity of the 'employer.
Article 7 - Remuneration : In return for his work within and on behalf of AL WASL, the player will
receive:
7. 1 Fixed salary: A monthly salary of (TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS) $2000 /
GROSS/Monthly in the bank account due to him
Article 8 - Obligations of the football player
8.1 Sporting obligations The player undertakes to give the best of his performance in this capacity
for all the missions defined in this contract, in particular in its article 2 and 7. The player undertakes
to take part in and exercise his missions in all official or friendly competitions, in the United Arab
Emirates or abroad, in all meetings or events organized in which THE CLUB participates.
The player may exercise his assignments to any Club team as provided for in the contract submitted
to AL WASL at the latter's discretion.
- Improve after each game played and training;
- Respond to media interviews at the request of the employer or the competition organizer;
- participate in interviews with the sportsmen who are members of the employing structure as well as
with the sportsmen, or their representatives, envisaged for a later recruitment;
- Participate in internal company meetings with the Club (in particular with managers, coaches), as
well as the administrative tasks carried out within the framework of their functions within this
company;
- Collaborate with the doctors of the Club and / or with all the medical auxiliaries whose assistance
is needed. The player must be registered on the score sheet as a player in a managed championship
by UAEFA, UEFA, OR FIFA.
8.4 Duty of conduct
The player undertakes to observe his duty of professionalism towards the Club.
Thus, he undertakes:
- Not to be late for training, competitions and other appointments made in the performance of his
duties (unless justified in advance and accepted by the Club).
- To respect the athletes, the sports and administrative staff of the Club, including the managers and
volunteers. To respect the referees, spectators, journalists and any other person representing AL
WASL SC, UAEFA etc.
- To adopt a behavior in accordance with the disciplinary regulations in order to avoid any
disciplinary measure pronounced by the arbitrators or AL WASL.
- To adopt a behavior which cannot harm the interests and the notoriety of the Club where it is
subject to prestigious contracts in the name of its team and the image of AL WASL, and football,
during and outside the time of actual work defined in the Club.
8 .5 Sports betting
The player agrees to comply with the legislation concerning sports betting.
In particular, not to place bets, directly or indirectly, on the competitions in which he takes part.
8.6 Doping
The player agrees to respect the laws and disciplinary regulations of AL WASL in the fight against
doping. Especially :

- Prescribe, administer, apply, transfer or offer to other athletes one or more doping substances or
methods, or to facilitate their use or encourage their use;
- Produce, manufacture, import, export, transport, hold or acquire, for the purpose of use by an
athlete, one or more doping substances or methods;
- Oppose by any means whatsoever to the control measures of athletes; The player undertakes to
inform the Club without delay of any provisional measure and sanction notified to him in accordance
with the Anti-Doping regulations.
8.7 Promotional obligations
The coach undertakes to respect the advertising and sponsorship commitments of AL WASL.
Therefore :
- He undertakes to take part in any communication / marketing operation that would be carried out
by the Club, whether or not via a commercial partner.
- He undertakes to take part in television broadcasts and / or media solicitations which concern the
Club.
- It allows the Club to exploit its associated individual and collective image.
However, the player may only use the associated individual image after express agreement and prior
to the Club. This article applies without any additional remuneration being due to the player.
8.8 Obligations relating to equipment
8.8.1 In accordance with article 12.11.3 of the UAEFA, the player undertakes to use exclusively the
equipment (including uniforms) provided by the Club during his working time (in particular training
and matches), at the with the exception of specialized equipment for which he can freely use those of
the brand of his choice.
The possible commitment of the trainer to wear the specialized equipment provided by the employer
must be expressly mentioned in this contract or by way of an amendment.
8.8.2 In addition, the player must take care of the equipment mentioned above, as well as any other
equipment provided by the Club. He undertakes to return them as soon as the Club requests them.
Article 9 - Obligations of the Club
AL WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY LLC undertakes to promote efficiency in the missions of the
trainer by providing him with an adequate sporting / technical structure and by providing the
equipment necessary for his missions throughout the execution of this present. contract.
Article 10 - Social benefits
10.1 The player will be admitted, from the date of his engagement, to the benefit of the
supplementary provident scheme managed by AL WASL.
10.2 The player will be eligible, as of his engagement, for the benefit of the supplementary pension
scheme.
10.3 The player will benefit from the collective and compulsory additional cover "costs of health ",
unless this is exempted under Article R242-1-6 of the Social Security Code.
In the latter case, the player must provide the Club with a request for exemption including the
statement that "the employee has been previously informed by the employer of the consequences of
his choice" and justify additional "health costs" coverage via his second employer.
Article 12 - Approval and conditions of entry into force.
Prior to the entry into force of this contract, the following two conditions must be met:

The player must be licensed and qualified to perform his duties during competitions in which his
team is engaged within the deadlines, conditions and forms provided for this purpose to the Club
Rules Thus, this contract must be sent to AL WASL.
Article 13 - Resignation The player may resign at any time subject to a notice period of
- two months.
Article 14 - Modification of the contract
Any modification of this contract (and its annex) will be the subject of a written amendment signed
by both Parties and filed with AL WASL within 5 days in accordance with Article 4.2.1 of the
UAEFA. In the event that the Club participates, during the execution of this contract, thanks to its
sporting results in the organized competitions, the player and the Club must comply with the
UAEFA regulations. In addition, the Parties must make any contractual modifications resulting from
this change of championship in compliance with UAEFA regulations.
Article 14 - Dispute
Any dispute relating to the execution of this contract will be submitted to AL WASL for purposes of
conciliation, without prejudice to the rights of the co-contractors to refer the matter to the competent
judge. An original copy of this contract will be sent by the Club to the Player no later than two
working days after hiring.
This document is an appendix on reference to article 7.2 "Variable salary" of the fixed-term
employment contract, signed on 02/25/2023 between AL WASL FOOTBALL COMPANY L.L.C
represented by Mr. Rashid Bin Ghaid President of the club; Mr. Alexander Peter Ephraim
Assistant Manager and Ms. AITA NDOYE Football Player.
The purpose of this appendix is to define the various elements of remuneration, including the
specific benefits relating to the Football Player contract.
THEREFORE IT HAS BEEN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1_____________________________________________________________________
The Al Wasl Football Company L.L.C undertakes to pay To MISS AITA NDOYE in addition to the
fixed monthly remuneration of article 5.1 of the aforementioned employment contract, the elements
of remuneration following variable:
1.1 Provision of accommodation:
- Type of accommodation: Appartement High Standing
- Payment of rent payable by the Club
- Payment of the deposit per Years
- Local taxes, all charges, insurance for risks at the expense of the football player.
1.2 Provision of a vehicle after checking the validity of the driving license:
- Vehicle type Toyota Camry 3.0 D-4D 177 Legend
- Insurance, fuel and maintenance at the expense of the football player
- Reimbursement on presentation of expense report or amount accepted by Al Wasl
1.3 Premiums to be detailed:
-AWAY MATCH BONUS $2,500
-AWAY DRAW BONUS $5,000
-CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY BONUS $7,000
-COMMITMENT BONUS UNDER CONTRACT $10,000
The Football Player will receive the total of his bonuses within the time limits set by 14 days by
transfer in return for each of the competencies, whether successful or not, as required by this
contract.

This annex is concluded for the period defined in Article 3 of the aforementioned employment
contract.
Article 3_____________________________________________________________________
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this Annex will be submitted for
conciliation to AL WASL without prejudice to the rights of the co-contractors to refer the matter to
the competent judge.
