OBJECTIVE
In today’s competitive food industry, restaurant quality is increasingly dictated by customer
satisfaction and feedback. Traditional ordering systems reliant on water to take orders from a
menu card, are often in-efficient and heavy, leading to longer wait times for customers and
increased staff workload. Most of the customers suffer from any kind of food allergy from
food ingredients and most of the customers are confused for that for eating what kind of
health issues are going to be faced by him like some allergy, vomiting problem and acidity. To
address these issues, the proposal of SMART FIT RESTRO which we use modern technology
to enhance dining experiences and also increases Interactions with customer because it work
on the welfare of the customer by thinking about their health. The ultimate objective of
SMART FIT RESTRO an offer to create on intelligent food ordering platform that not only
simplifies the process of ordering food but also promotes healthier eating habits by providing
users with detailed ingredients information and personalised health recommendation. It aims
to enhance the dining experience by enabling users to make informed decision about what
they eat based on their individual dietary needs, health condition, and life style goals. These
innovation system introduce a digital E-menu accessible via customer devices, by scanning
QR code which available on there table, it allowing them to browser and place order directly
with customization food features according to their need. Its helps to removing the need for
wait staff involvement in the food ordering. After order the food, orders are directly
transmitted wirelessly to the kitchen, ensuring rapid and accurate services. The system
integrates free storage for Seamless data management, including real-time order processing,
which helps easy to use and manage.

In the fast-evolving food industry, customer satisfaction and convenience have become pivotal
in defining a restaurant's success. Traditional ordering systems, where wait staff take orders
from physical menu cards, are often cumbersome and prone to inefficiencies, resulting in
longer wait times and increased operational strain. Moreover, many customers face
challenges related to food allergies and health concerns, with little guidance on how certain
ingredients might affect their well-being.

To address these issues, SMART FIT RESTRO introduces a revolutionary, tech-driven approach
to dining. By incorporating a digital, health-conscious ordering system, this platform not only
simplifies the process but also empowers customers to make informed decisions about their
food choices. With features like a QR code-enabled E-menu, personalized health
recommendations, and real-time order management, SMART FIT RESTRO enhances the

The Features of SMART FIT RESTRO system are:-

• The platform offers an easy to use web-based interface for user to browse E-menu,
customise order and place food request for order.
• Unlike traditional ordering system, SMART FIT RESTRO incorporates personal data such
as food preferences, dietary restrictions, and health condition to offer personalised
meal recommendation.
• User can select or filter dishes based on preferences like vegetarian, vegan, low-carb,
gluten-free, or low-sodium options.
• One of the most innovative features is the detailed listening of ingredients for every
dish. This ensure user are fully aware of what they are consuming.
• Users with allergies or sensitivities (e.g. nuts, lactose, gluten) can avoid specific
ingredients, as the system highlighted potential allergens.
• Each dish on the menu will provide a full nutritional breakdown, including the calorie
count, micronutrients (carbs, protein, fats), and micronutrients (vitamins and
minerals).
• It also helped to boost service efficiency or restaurant with fact, efficient and
userfriendly.
• It also reduces waiting time by customers for waiter to take order because now they
are able to request there order easily by their mobile phone.
• Minimizes the human error and also helps to reduce paperwork.
