Team Cycle's Report - Group Introduction
Team’s name:
Our chosen team’s name is Cycle as we are inspired by stability and advancement
of how a bicycle operates. In addition, our initial name was team C so we wanted to
stick to a name that begins with the letter “C”.
Team’s strategy:
● Switch roles to learn from other’s experience
● Support teammates if they have problems with the lessons, so that no one is
left behind and move forward altogether
Team culture:
Based on the switching roles strategy, growth- oriented was destined to be our
team culture, and this is our detailed plan:
● First, each member chooses the role that they think suits best with their
strengths and weaknesses.
● After that, we will switch roles one by one in each project so as to find the
most preferred roles of each member.
By implementing this plan, we aim to the max development of each member,
thereby enabling us to adapt in any professional business environment. More than
that, trying others’ roles ensures that members will have more responsibility on their
parts, which drives the team to become the most effective one.
Team logo2:
● The circle is formed by 4 arrows chasing behind each representing 4 pieces
of Cycle as well as our role-switching strategy.
● The arrow in the center of the circle fluctuates in its body but in the end, it
goes up. This depicts our roads to an efficient team: our journey may have
ups and downs, but we will still grow while going through these challenges
together and reach our fullest potential at the end of the day.
1 We set roles for ourselves in last session but they aren’t fixed as they will be exchange in every
team work (except leader)
2 The logo is placed at the bottom left of the page
