THERESALYN: It gives us great pleasure to extend to you all a very warm


welcome and to say how grateful we are to the our OIC principal MAM
ARANETA and our EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISOR Mam EBON FOR
ALLOWING US TO convene this activity. AND NOW, JOIN US, as we
celebrate the culmination of the national science club month.
MIKE: Very Well said partner., To start, may I request everybody to please
stand, for our tribute to THE country AND PLEASE remain still and quiet
for our homage to God.

Theresalyn : This Year’s THEME “CLIMAQUEST-FORCASTING WIND


SHIFTS, CHARTING CLIMATE FUTURES”

Mike : pursuant to the presidential proclamation no. 264, series of


2002, declaring September as the national science club month. This
years celebration is anchored to the theme “TOWARDS A SHARED
VISION: EXPLORING THE FUTURE FOR A BETTER TOMORROW”THE
PURPOSE OF THIS CELEBRATION is to shape the holistic development
of learners, fostering academic success by cultivating their scientific
skills and talents. Through this activity, students will be encouraged
to explore, innovate and apply scientific knowledge in meaningful
ways, helping them to become well-rounded individuals capable of
critical thinking and problem-solving in real world contexts.

THERESALYN: indeed that is timely and relevant in this


celebration,nothing can be more reassuring and heartwarming than the
affectionate words of welcome from our Mother.to Officially welcome us,
let us lend our ears to our beautiful, hardworking OIC principal our
mother,DR. MARY JANE ARANETA.

MIKE: Thank you so much MAM ARANETA, indeed you warmed our hearts
with hopeful and inspiring words.This year’s theme is highlighting the
overall aim of the national science club month is holistic development of
learners, fostering academic success by cultivating their scientific
skills and talents. And now without further ado, let us lend our ears and open
our hearts for her message/ our dynamic and dedicated education program supervisor

Mike: with that being said, everyone feast your eyes and join me to
welcome on stage our candidates for MR AND MISS SCIENTIA 2024 in
their SCHOOL UNIFORM-PRODUCTION NUMBER!

THERESALYN:There you have it ladies and gentlemen, our ravenous male


candidates and ravishing female candidates!!! For the information of
everybody, we will be choosing the top 5 best candidate for both male,
female category aside from that, we also have special awards for best in
production(uniform), best in white collection,best in formal and cocktail
wear and photogenic, one for male and one for female category.

MIKE: this contest will not be possible without our board of judges.

Mike: White—the color of purity


Many of the concepts that white symbolizes are associated with ‘purity’—
innocence, virginity, purification, and cleanliness—a pure state, before
being ‘tainted’ by color. Being clothed in a snow-white dress symbolized a
certain status.And now ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome back on
stage the candidates in their White collection!
Theresalyn:wow !thank you and congratulations to our candidates giving
justice to the true meaning of the color white. Each and individual
candidate, has lived up to the expectation of our dear judges.
To break the monotony, we also have another contest, the SCI-TOK,where
students will showcase their talents and dance moves to the trending
music of tiktok. Let me read to you the mechanics, guidelines and criteria
for the SCI tok contest

SCI TOK GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA


Open to all Junior High school students of RTNHS S.Y.2024-2025 .
1. A group shall have 5-7 members
2. The performances should last for 3-5 minutes per group. Extra 5 seconds will result
to point deductions.
3. The tiktok dance shall not contain any provocative and dangerous choreography.
4. The tiktok song shall not contain any vulgar and insult words.
5. Costume shall not be too revealing
Criteria for judging
* Choreography 20%
* Coordination - 20%
* Music Choice - 20% *
* Audience impact - 10%
Overall Performance -30%
Total of 100%

Mike: now let us welcome on stage the first group in their sci-tok
performance.
Theresalyn: that was an energetic performance group no. 1.
To continue with our mr. and miss Scientia, this category aims to strike a
balance between formal and casual, as well as elegance and comfort,
ladies and gentlemen, lets join our hands together and witness the
candidates in their, formal and cocktail attire category.
