1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 COMPANY BACKGROUND

Belle Skin Sdn Bhd was esthablish in Muadzam Shah, Rompin Pahang om July 24
2023.The founder of this company is Nursalhira A/P Razim and she have partnership
with her friend which is responsibility in manage this company. The company best
known as a comestic supplier include a clay mask with variety of type.For reason as
various as its philopsophy of comprehensive aesthetic design to its distinctive
advertising campaingns. This company has established a unique reputation in the
consumer comestic industry. This includes a customer base that is devoted to the
company and its brand,particularly in a Malaysia.Fortunely,this product was admired
by a big company in the Malaysia in 2023.
1.2 LOGO AND DESCRIPTION

The letter B in the logo means Belle and the letter S means skin.We choose this name
as our company name because it seems unique. This logo means success for our
company and play an important role in the company. We think Belle Skin is a suitable
name for our company because it's fit with the product we produce which is clay mask
named mascarilla. Mascarilla is the name given to our product because it looks
interesting and is not used by other people. We use this company name and product
name because we want to attract more customer to buy our product. Mascarilla means
face mask in Spanish,so this name can describe the product we will sell. We also use
soft font and logo to have more attractive
1.3 OBJECTIVE

Our company making this product because we want to aims in becoming the go-to
customers natural and organic beauty solution .We also provide exclusive brand
distribution pratice. And then ,we provide luxurious products to our customers at
competitive prices. Our company like to ensure eco-friendly product, recycled bottle,
and organic product without any additives or preservatives. We’re also will achieve
this through aggressive marketing and exceptional product standards and customer
service. We will develop new product and lines based on customer input and market
opportunities.

2.1 ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Horizontal or flat organization structure


A horizontal or flat organizational structure fits companies with few levels between
upper management and staff-level employees. Many start-up business use a horizontal
organization structure before they grow large enough to build out different department,
but some organization maintain this structure since it encourages less supervision and
more involvement from all employees.

Pros:
-Gives employees more responsibility
-Fosters more open communication
-Improve coordination and speed or implementing

Cons:
-Can create confusion since employees do not clear supervisors to report to
-Can produce employees with more generalized skills a knowledge
-Can be difficult to maintain once the company grows beyond start-up status

1. FOUNDER
Founders are more involved in the begginning stages of the company. They find
resources to establish and execute a business venture. Founders are responsible for
securing the fund needed to start the business by meeting with investors or securing
loans from a financial institution .They also complete the initial marketing and
operations setup ,determining the brand persona and establising a workspace.
Founders recruit others to handle a specific task outside of their own expertise and
skill set. They take on the task of hiring the first group of employees to set up and run
the business .Founders set the initial vision for a company and often stay to involved
in the day-to-day operations of business even after it becomes an established venture.

2.MARKETING MANAGER

The way we promote is by using advertisements and sales promotions. For


advertisements, we focus on the benefits of the product in order to attract the interest
of teenagers as well as more attractive designs. Advertisements also play an important
role in promoting new products in order to get more response. from customers. In
addition, we also use sales promotions as the main idea in promoting the product.
With sales promotions, our products will be sold at a cheaper price so that customers
will be more attracted. This product focuses on teenagers, so with the promotion of
this product, it will bring joy to them. who buy and will always think that this product
can help teenagers who have face problems can buy this product at a cheaper price.
