EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (Hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into on

this 1st day of July month, 2021 year.
BY AND BETWEEN
XPRESSIONS, a Hair & Skin Spa Salon Shop, its registered office at 1 st Floor M.S
Towers II O.T Road Inda, Kharagpur Pin - 721305 its Owner MD. SAHIL KHAN
being aadhar card number – 601148234941 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”,
which expression shall, unless repugnant to the meaning or context hereof, be deemed to
include all permitted successors and assigns),
AND
BANGARU LAXMI D/O CHINNA RAO being Aadhar card no – 795800254250 aged
about 22 years and residing of purigate, subhasnagar Kharagpur(M) (hereinafter referred
to as the "Employee", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the meaning or
context hereof, be deemed to include all permitted successors and assigns).
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to enter into this Agreement to define and set forth
the terms and conditions of the employment of the Employee by the Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set

forth below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed by the Company and the Employee as
follows:
1. Start Date and Location. On 01/07/2021 (the “Commencement Date”), the

Employee will begin working for the Employer on a permanent/contract full-
time/part-time basis as a _______________________.
2. compensation and Reimbursement. The Employer will pay the Employee

monthly salary of Rs________________ on a montly basis to be paid on
__________ day of every month.
3. Benefits. The Employee will receive the benefits provided by the Employer as
detailed in this Section. The benefits are subject to change at any time at the
discretion of the Employer.
3.1. Holidays. ____________________________________________
4. Termination. This Agreement will begin on the Commencement Date and will
remain in effect for the duration of 11 months. This Agreement will
automatically terminate at the end of 11 months.
5. Confidentiality. Throughout the duration of the Agreement, the Employee may

become aware of the Employer’s confidential data. The Employee agrees to hold
all confidential data in complete confidence. This provision shall remain in full
force and effect even after the termination of this Agreement either by its natural
termination or early termination for cause.
6. Job Responsibilities:
6.1. Working hours – 10 am to 8 pm
6.2. Working days - 6 Days in a week

6.3. The Employee does not have the authority to go outside the premises
without written consent by the Employer.
6.4. The Employee must provide 60 days notice period before exiting his /her
job. In any case if notice is not served then the salary of that respective
month will not be provided to the employee and his/her employment will
be nullified with immediate effect.
6.5. The Employer will not take any responsibility of any employee involved
in any other activities outside the working hours of the shop.
7. Waiver. Neither Party can waive any provision of this Agreement, or any rights
or obligations under this Agreement, unless agreed to in writing by the Parties.
If any provision, right, or obligation is waived, it is only waived to the extent
agreed to in writing.
8. Modifications. Any changes and/or modifications to this Contract must be made

in writing and be signed by both Parties.
9. Assignment. Neither Party may assign their rights and/or obligations under this
Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution:
10.1. Negotiation. In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to work towards a
resolution through good faith negotiation.
10.2. Mediation or Binding Arbitration. In the event that a dispute cannot be

resolved through good faith negotiation, the Parties agree to submit to
binding mediation or arbitration.
10.3. Attorney’s Fees. In the event of Arbitration and/or Mediation, the

prevailing party will be entitled to its legal fees.
11. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement
represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties
desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing
to be signed by both parties.
12. That the terms & and conditions as stated above shall be binding on the both
parties. The terms and conditions of this agreement are final and are irrevocable.
In WITNESS WHEREOF the Employer and the Employee have hereunto subscribed
their hand at Kharagpur (place) on this the 01/07/2021 (date of rent agreement) year
first above mentioned in presence of the following witnesses.
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their
