REGARDING PROJECT REPORT & VIVA

FOR FINAL YEAR B. Tech CSE
Dear Students!
I hope you must be doing well in projects
You are aware that after completion of project you must have to appear for project viva,
which includes oral presentation followed by viva & demo. So here I am giving the
format of project report & format for certificate.
1. Your project report should be bound with black resin and details on the front cover
(resin cover) should be done with gold Embossing.
2. The output reports & forms in project must be separated by transparencies.
3. The copy of college report will have same bounding as that of your project report.
4. Slide show must be presented for each project.
5. CD of project report should contain
a) project (with source code and help)
b) PowerPoint presentation (PPT)
c) Soft copy (Final Copy) of documentation
d) other utilities and software required for your project
6. For your Convenience I am here by giving format of certificate & front Cover to
each group index is also given so that documentation will be in proper format.

Alignment : Right Alignment
One thick line (2¼ point weight) after the name of chapter

Note:
1. Project Report must be Black colored Hard Bounded & Golden Embossed lettering and
printed in No. of team members + 1 college copy
2. one copy of the report should be submitted to the college Every student of the group
may have their own additional copy.
3. In College copy, Name of all the students in that group must be there in Cover page,
First page, Certificate and in Acknowledgement. Personal copy of the students must
contain their own name only in Cover page, First page, Certificate and in
Acknowledgement.
4. Report must be written in your own English language.
5. Abstract should not be more than One Page.
6. Report must be submitted at the time of presentation
7. “Cover Page, Specimen Copy “words are only for students instruction, they are not be
printed in the report
