How to print multiple copies with sequence page numbers?

Have you ever tried to print multiple copies of one sheet with sequence page numbers? That means to
print 10 copies of one sheet, and fill the Cell A1 in the 1st copy with 001, in the 2nd copy with 002…,
and in the 10th copy with 010. In Excel, there is no built-in feature for this, but in this article, I’ll
introduce a macro code to help you quickly print multiple copies with sequential page numbers.

Print copies with different numbers by VBA code

Follow the steps below to print multiple copies of a sheet with sequential numbers using VBA code.

1. Enable the sheet you want to print, and press Alt + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for
Applications window.

2. Click Insert > Module, and paste below code to the Module script. See screenshot:

Note: in the code, A1 is the cell you want to place the sequence number, 1 To 10 indicates to print 10
copies, and "'00" & I is the sequence format, you can change them as you need.

3. Press F5 key to run the code. A dialog will appear, confirming that 10 copies will be printed. Click OK
to close the dialog, and each printed copy will have its own sequence number.
