work on the circuit of the air conditioning system
unless the system is drained.

i Before installing a new refrigerant
compressor allow pressure in the refrigerant
compressor to escape slowly by opening the
cover on the pressure-line side
p In the event that the refrigerant compressor
is not renewed, replace the O-rings (moisten
with compressor oil)
7 Correct oil level in refrigerant compressor AR83.55-P-5250E

8 Install in the reverse order p If the refrigerant compressor was replaced


because of internal damage@
p replace suction and pressure lines together
with sealing rings
i Observe quantity of oil to be added when *BF83.55-P-1006-01A
replacing lines@

Replace expansion valve AR83.30-P-5520F

9 Replace receiver/drier AR83.30-P-6520E

10 Switch on air conditioning and allow it to idle for i Set temperature dials to blue or automatic air
approx. 4 minutes conditioning to "Lo"
Blower to max.
11 Check air conditioning for proper function i Air outlet temperature at center nozzle
should not drop below +5 ° C , if necessary@
perform diagnosis according to Diagnosis Manual
12 Find leaky point in air conditioning circuit k *WH58.30-Z-1001-27A
