3 Product Description

About this chapter

Web manage system is a VOS web operation platform for mobile terminals. It is
convenient for customers to use mobile phones to quckily and efficiently complete
some simple operations of VOS. for example, when customer is on business trip
without computer at hand, they could use mobile phone to real-time learn about
platform data like customer balance,operating data, current alarming, etc; to
complete opeations such as open account for customer,create or modify gateways
and phone numbers, and recharging for account, etc.

4 Function

4.1 Login
Access address: IP: port/manage
 IP: ip of vos server
 Port: web port
Web manage system can be accessed by web http port and https port.
In this doucument, server ip is 172.16.5.122, http port is 6541, https port is 6454, you can
access web manage system through the following URLs

 Login name: user name allowed by system, it is same as the user name of the vos
client

 Password: password allowed by system, it is same as the password of the vos client

 UUID: uuid, it is same as the uuid of the vos client

 Automatic sigh in 7 days: automatic login system within 7 days

4.2 Homepage
Homepage shows data of real-time concurrency, online phone, online mapping, online routing,
today’s income, today’s profit, today’s consumption,today’s cost, etc.

Function

Logout buttom: it is located at the right top of homepage, click to log out .

operation entrance: it is located at the right top of homepage,click to check function list.
Current alarm: Real-time synchronousdisplay the current alarm data

4.3 Customer manage

This function is used to query and add accounts of customer.

 Support searching for account data through account id, account name, phone number,
gateway name and IP address.
 Add: support add new account

4.3.2 New customer for mapping gateway

 Account name: the name of the account

 Balance: the balance of the account

 Overdraft limit: the maximum credit of the account

 Billing rate: the rate group for billing
 Gateway name: the unique id of the device, used for the authentication of dynamic
gateways. For static gateways (usually relay gateways), the only requirement is their ids
do not conflict with each another.
 Gateway type: static or dynamic
 IP: IP address provided by the customer for connection with vos
 Line limit:lines of this mapping gateway

 Rate group name: the name of rate group

 Billing rate: the fee charged for each billing cycle
 Billing cycle: the session time that exceeds the “First time duration” will be divided into
units with length specified here. When the time cannot be divided clear, it will be
rounded up to the nearest integer.

An example: if the “First time rate” is “0.21”, the “First time duration” is “180”, the “Billing rate” is
“0.15”, and the “Billing cycle” is 60, then according to this rate, a session that lasts 250s will be charged
0.21 + 0.15 * 2 = 0.51.

By default, the system automatically creates 18 rates with area prefixes 1-9 and 01-09, as
the picture shows:

4.3.3 New customer for phone number

 Account name: the name of the account, acquired.

 Balance: the balance of the account
 Overdraft limit: the maximum credit of the account
 Billing rate: the rate group for billing
 Phone number: the number used as caller ID and the called number for the terminal.
 Password: the password used for terminal registration

4.4 Vendor manage

This function is used to query and add accounts for vendor

 Search bar: support searching for clearing data through account name, account id, phone
number , gateway name,gateway ip
 Add: create new clearing account

 Account name: the name of the clearing account.

 Balance: the balance of the account

 Gateway prefix: Gateway prefix: when the number being called is not registered in the
system, the call will be routed only to gateways which match the prefix specified here.
Multiple prefixes can be specified, separated by commas. Different gateways can be
designated with the same prefix. When conflict occurs, the gateway will be chosen
according to following numbers (the smallest comes first): priority number, the ratio of
the number of current calls to the number of channels, the number of historical calls, and
the gateway id.
