Through this study, people can clearly comprehend their existing situation and
possible growth opportunities by identifying their Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats.

 Strengths: Resilience, time management, and good communication are


some of my strong points. I'm quite good at written and public speaking,
which is important in both personal and professional contexts. My adept
time management skills enable me to effortlessly manage several
responsibilities without experiencing overload. Being resilient, or having the
ability to bounce back fast after setbacks, enables me to overcome obstacles
and keep a positive mindset.

 Weaknesses: My propensity to put things off is one of my faults; it can


occasionally cause tension and last-minute rushes. In addition, I occasionally
have trouble being forceful and find it difficult to speak up in front of others.
Missed opportunities and a feeling of undervaluation may result from this.

 Opportunities: There are lots of options for improvement, such taking


advanced communication classes, looking for mentorship in areas where I
lack confidence, and attending assertiveness and leadership workshops. By
seizing these chances, I can improve my deficiencies and
