Details of the event and technicalities of the competition will be informed during the Technical Meeting
on June 17, 2023 In order to help participants with the coming agendas, here are things to start
preparing:

PART 1 - Payment Procedure

All participant will be given a statement of commitment as one of the requirements for the elimination
stage. Statement of Commitment must be filled and signed by the participants with a validation stamp
(IDR 10.000 stamp duty for Indonesian participants or materai 10.000, allowed to use e-materai 10.000.
For non-Indonesian participant please use other equivalent validation stamps) and sent back to the
committee by Link https://bit.ly/RegistrationOfWinaction and confirmation to the secretariat before
June 3, 2023.

PART 3 - Materials to Prepare

Theme’s competition:
Creativity in application’s development to aim sustainable developments goals by utilizing Google’s
technology.

Spesific Requirements:
 A minimum of one piece technology owned by Google, either Google’s hardware or software
must be used in application that are created.
 Application created should be suitable with the theme “sustainable development goals”.

  Participants should choose one topic of 17 sustainable development goals to be applied for the
application (reference: https://sdgs.un.org/goals).
 A proposal should be made in advance by all participants for selection stage before creating the
application.
 Participants who pass the selection are required to make an application and present it in thefinal
round.
 All platforms are allowed to use in creating application, and can be collaborated with other
devices.
 Participants freely to create any types of applications. It can be information system, games, loT
devices,simulations, etc.
 The competition consists of 3 stages, namely Mentoring, Qualification Round, Application
Development, and Final Stage.

General Requirements:
 The number of participants in one team is three people.
 One team should consist of 3 active students in one domestic or foreign university.
 A maximum of team that should be sent by the same university and program study is three
team.
 Each team is only permitted to submit one work.
 The submitted work is an original work that has never been contested at any
competitions and has never been published publicly as well as not currently being
included in another competition.
 The team members is allowed from diverse areas of study, but still from the same college or
institution.
 Each member is not allowed to join more than one team.
 The group members who has been registered is not permitted to be replaced for any reason.

Elimination stage
 Full proposal has to be submitted online to the link https://bit.ly/RegistrationOfWinaction no
later than June 3, 2023 with format titled Application Development Proposal submitted
“WINCATION 2023 – AUGT – TEAM’S NAME”.
 The top ten teams will be chosen to create the application (announced on June 6, 2023).
 For participants who pass the proposal selection, participants are required to make an
application according to what has been written in the proposal.
 There is a two-weeks period to create the application. It begins from June 7 - 22, 2023.
 The applications that have been created are presented in the final stage on 23rd or 24th June,
2023.

 Contribution of the applications to sustainable development goals
 The role of implementing Google technology in applications

Mentoring & Application Development

Mentoring activity will be held on June 7 - 22, 2023, consisting of 2 activities, which are
introduction as well as consultation about google's technology that is allowed to use and develop
applications leveraging google technology that has been consulted. The activities carried out will
consist of:
 Introduction to several Google technologies
 Consultation or mentoring of participants
 Mentoring activity is conducted in online
 Application development activity is conducted in participant respective places

Final stage (Presentation onsite)

 The 10 top teams will present live and demonstrate the applications or the programs on June
23rd or 24th, 2023 to get the champions.
 Final stage will be held hybrid (Online and Offline).
 Participants from outside Java Island and outside Indonesia are allowed to participate in the
final stage online, and participants who are from Java Island, especially in Bandung and the
area around it are required to participate in the final stage offline at Auditorium of PKM in
Widyatama University.
 In the final stage, participants will have 10 minutes to present their product and will have 10
minutes for QnA (Questions and Answer) section with the jury.

PART 4 - Technical Meeting
More detailed information will be given in the Technical Meeting that will be held on June 17, 2023
at 9-11 a.m. (GMT +7) through a whatsapp group. Further instruction will be informed through your
liaison officers. If the participants have any questions, please contact the respective liaison officer or
