    CRIM Lot Num.: 473-000-007-05-000
    DRNA Complaint Number: Q-CULM-05-2024, 11 Dic 2024 (deforestation and land
    excavation and possible removal, with no visible stormwater control plan implemented or
    permits found at OGPe, or legally compliant signage at the site.)

    UPDATE: On Dec. 17th, this project, still unknown to the environmental justice community,
    improperly installed erosion control, more or less on the downland side of the lot across
    (perpendicular) to the ephemeral river bed. Please see the pink line connecting today's photo
    to the Planning Board's graphic below.

    Today, there are three roads(?) deforested, directly up


    this steep sloping lot that, according to the Planning
    Board, borders on USFWS-Culebra National Wildlife Dec 17 2024
    Refuge lands.

    This project is located in the Coastal Zone, and has


    protective zoning RO-5C. Receiving waters have
    multiple critical habitat designation. This watershed
    received signi cant NOAA funding for a downland
    mitigation project. Please see past reports.
