1. What is your purpose of going to US?

To pursue master's in business analytics at Northern Arizona University

2. Why US?

The primary reason for me to choose USA is to pursue my masters in business analytics at
Northern Arizona University

3. Why have you chosen NAU?

The primary reason for me to choose NAU is to pursue my master's in business analytics and I
am also fascinated by the core curriculum offered by it. It is a perfect blend of subjects which
include applied business intelligence, e-commerce analytics and strategy, python for business
analytics, and contemporary developments. They are also offering capstone program which
helps me to gain real-time experience. Additionally, I have gone through the university professor's
profile of Dr.Ashok Subramanian especially his research in () really fascinated me so I am looking
forward to studying under his guidance.

4. How much does your university cost?

33,924 USD

5. Who is funding or sponsoring you? Or how are you planning to fund your education?

I have secured an education loan of 40 lakh INR and additionally, my parents are sponsoring me
with their savings of 33 lakh INR which is sufficient for both my living expenses and tuition fees
in the USA.

6. How did you get to choose this university?

The primary reason that made me choose NAU is its course curriculum and core subjects
offered by it. It is also offering capstone program where I can gain real-time experience and not
only that, starting from faculty, and infrastructure to research facilities

7. What is your long term goal?

My long term goal is to work as a business analyst at my dream company Delloit here in India
which requires me to pursue this master's program and this program would be a great asset for
me to compete and stand out in the market to acquire this position

8. What are your plans after completing masters?

Right after completing my masters, I will return to my home country and as I mentioned earlier
my long term goal is to work as a business analyst at my dream company Delloite in India

Applied to three universities

10. Why do you think visa should be granted to you?

Thank you for your question. I believe that visa should be granted to me because I have a clear
academic and professional goal that aligns with my studies in the United States. I’ve been
accepted into NAU to pursue masters, which is a crucial step in achieving my career aspirations.
The program offers specialized courses and research opportunities that are not available in my
home country, and I am confident that it will provide me with the skills and knowledge necessary
to make a significant impact in my field.

11. Would you like to take OPT?

Well as of now my plan is to complete my master's and return to my home country considering
that I want to work at Delloite in India. However, if I get an opportunity that adds on to my
experience and helps me to stand out I will definitely grab that opportunity in my dream
company.

12. What is your University mascot?

Louie the Lumberjack. NAU chose the lumberjack as its mascot because of the school's location
in Flagstaff, Arizona, and the area's logging industry

13. What does your parents do?

My father is a government employee who works as an Administrative officer at RTA and my


mother is a homemaker.

15. Have you taken IELTS and GRE?

No, I took my GRE and Dulingo and I scored 110 in Duolingo and 328 in the GRE

16. What you will do if I reject your visa ?

If my visa is rejected, I would first try to understand the reason for the denial. I would review the
feedback carefully and work on addressing any issues or concerns raised by the consulate. If
possible, I would reapply, ensuring that I provide any additional documents or information that
may be needed.

Additionally, NAU is located in Flagstaff, which is a vibrant college town surrounded by natural
beauty. The campus environment is diverse and inclusive, which is important to me as I look
forward to connecting with students from different backgrounds. I believe this will not only enrich
my academic experience but also broaden my cultural understanding

28.Why have you chosen to study in the US and not in India?

I agree that similar programs are available in India. However US has an exceptional education
system starting from faculty, infrastructure to research labs, and also almost all technological
advancements are carried out in USA which will enhance my learning experience and not
forgetting the diversity and the course curriculum offered by Northern Arizona also brings me to
a decision to chose USA and pursue my masters

29. what are your future plans?

As my long-term goal is to work as a business analyst in my desired company Deloitte here in


India which requires me to pursue masters program and this master's would be a great asset for
me to compete and stand out in the market to acquire the position
30.If given an opportunity to work and stay in US, would you, do it?

Well as of now, my plan is to complete my masters and return to my home country considering
that I want to work at Delloite. However, if I get an opportunity to present myself for my OPT or
CPT I will certainly take it. since this experience of my internship will help me in my future job.
