Job Description

I Role Summary
(a) Title: Senior Manager-Payment Systems/Project Owner
(b) Business/Function: Payment System-Project
(c) Band / Designation: Senior Manager
(d) Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai
(e) Reports to: AVP/DVP
(f) Team: Project - Payment System
(g) Summary: • Perform requirement analysis, capture business requirements, understanding technical and func onal specifica ons in detail.
•Should act to bridge the gap between IT and business teams
• Assess exis ng product, propose areas of improvement such as in technical design, func onal design, conduct compe ve analysis of
similar products and segments.
• Work with support team members across different teams and IT vendors.
• Work with func onal and technical teams to finalize project scope, so ware development design and workflow design.
• Integrate the updated specifica ons into the proposed systems architecture and ensure compa bility of systems and so ware designs.
• Coordinate & execute with QA teams for UAT of deliverables. Prepare relevant test cases and work flow.
• Provide periodic updates, execu ve repor ng on project status, High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), etc.
• Review development and tes ng deliverables to ensure the completeness of the requirements including implementa on of the same.
• Monitor lifecycle of the project and evaluate the stakeholders reviews and work on requirements.
• Ability to review assigned business processes from end-to-end to iden fy and address opera onal, financial and technological risks.
• Assist technical team to iden fy all the limita ons and challenges, resolve issues, enable the system for smooth workflow.
• Strong problem solving and analy cal skills.
• Good wri en and verbal communica on skills are must for this posi on.
• Passionate to learn new technologies / tools as required.
• Ability to manage the stakeholder rela onships and expecta ons. Manage effec ve stakeholder communica on.

II Additional Information
(a) Responsibilities: •Should act to bridge the gap between IT and business teams.
•Should be responsible for engaging with business lead and other stakeholders for consolidating functional requirements and document
processes.
• Should be able to convey the functional requirements to stakeholders, helping them to determine the technical requirements for the work
and preparation of Low level design document.
• Should be responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting on the progress of the requirements.
• Recording of detailed functional requirements provided by business leaders.
•Documenting process flows including risk assesment and mitigation plan.
•Translating functional requirements into technical requirements. Able to understand the development requirements and effort involved.
•Tracking the progress of the project requirements.
• Work with program/project managers, product owners, and other team members in providing clarity of requirements and how it relates
to the business objectives
•Obtain a strong functional understanding of business processes and systems.
• Validation and verification of solution and confirmation.
• Ability to do independently conduct R & D on various payment system designs and options.
• Efficiently communicate to all stakeholders to manage expectations of project in a time bounded fashion.
• Ability to constantly ensure necessary risk assessments, monitor proactively addressed all risks in a timely fashion. Provide proper
documentation of risks for specific SOW.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare good quality presentations and high impact reports for Top Management and various committees.
• Ownership of technical and non-technical issues and co-ordination with Cross functional teams for resolving issues.
• Involve in root cause and impact analysis.
• To ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches and/or service packs
in line with system maintenance policies

III Requirements
(a) Education: BE./ B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Sc (Computer Science)
(b) Experience: • Minimum of 10+ Years’ experience.
• Relevant experience of 8+ years in Business requirement mapping, quality analysis and software development lifecycle. - Mandatory
• Experience in working in a fast paced, high expectation 24x365 environment.
• Experience in banking domain with specific work experience in Payment Systems - Mandatory.
• Candidate should have hands on work experience in NEFT, RTGS and trade messages like LC and BG's and other messaging stanadard MT
15022, ISO20022. - Desirable
• Experience MS Project, Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills - Mandatory
