How do you access assignments, MCQ, Discussion


Forums, and Live Sessions Recordings?

1. Login to your SRM Portal

2. Use NETID and password to log in! (Instructions are written
there )

3. After logging click on the go to LMS ( appears on the


right side of the page)

4. There you should be seeing this page


5. Go to any desired subject section ( carefully see the
screenshot attached below )

5. These are the subject-related sections, which contain


Assignments, MCQs, and Discussion Forums

6. Select any section and use these arrow keys to go through

2. In which format should I upload assignments?
Type on an MS Word Document and Convert it to PDF format
then submit.

3. What is the deadline for submitting assignments?

The due date for submission of all weekly assessments for all
subjects is in June

All of you should not wait till June to submit your assessments.

as there will be 15 assessments for each subject. There are ~6


subjects.

So you can imagine the pressure of all the assessments just


before the due date.

So, keep doing your assessments weekly or as you're comfortable


without increasing the burden!

4. Do I have to Join Both Subjects i.e. Software Engineering


and Advanced Web Development?
NO, These are Elective Subjects, So you have to attend one after
choosing one from the Student Portal
5. How to Choose an Elective Subject?

On the left navigation bar, You’ll see an option

6. Will I receive any mail for upcoming Sessions?


No, You have to stick to the timetable.
7. I just want to know what about the people who haven’t
received NetId and other access
You can only wait for the mail, meanwhile, you can contact the
Coordinator and Raise a query on the student portal

8. The assignments are showing till Week 3, but I’m not seeing
assignments for Week 4 and so, what to do?
After completing the assignments till Week 3, Make sure you have
completed the Survey given in the content, After completing and
submitting the survey, next week’s assignments will be visible.
Afterwards, as you start attempting and submitting the visible
weeks next week will also be started visible.
