Begin Assignment

This indicates that the assignment has not been started yet. To view the assignment information and
submit files or documents, click the Begin Assignment button. The due date is displayed above the Begin
Assignment button.

Resubmit Assignment

This indicates that the instructor has requested a resubmission be completed by the student. Students
will click the Continue Assignment button to make additional edits to files and documents that will be
turned in or to review their instructor’s comments when they resubmit the assignment.

Awaiting Assessment

This indicates that the assignment was submitted but has not been assessed. Students may click View
Assignment button to view what was submitted and withdraw their assignment submission if they are
allowed to by the instructor.

Assessment Published

This indicates that the assignment has been assessed. Students may click the View Assessment button to
view grades, comments, and scoring.
