Description:

The project involves building a complete case management tool for the BP Indirect Procurement team. A
Customer community portal was built, where BP employees and contractors can raise requests from
community portal. These request flow into a case management tool (CMS) where it will be automatically
routed to the different teams and worked on appropriately.

The objective of the iNeed/CMS portal is to provide the internal users of BP access to a portal where they can
raise request for any requisition for official purposes. The whole structure is named as eRequisition which is on
the customer portal platform of Salesforce.com
