    Terms & Conditions of Urojahaj Limited

    Dear Mr. Jibon Biswas,

    We have pleasure in appointing you as a “Operator” of Project LOGO, WORK FROM HOME,
    effective 2nd May 2023 on the following terms and conditions:

    1. Confidentiality: You will not (except in the normal course of the Company’s business)
    publish any confidential information which the company may be concerned. Any of our
    technical or other important information which might come into your possession during
    the continuance of your service with us shall not be disclosed or made public by you even
    thereafter. You will not at any time, during the employment or after without the consent
    of the Board of Directors disclose or make public except on legal obligations, any
    information regarding the Company’s affairs or administration or research carried out,
    whether the same is confided to you or becomes known to you in the course of your
    service or otherwise.

    2. Salary Revision: You will get paid BDT. 3.00/- per ticket rate. (15,000 – 20,000 BDT/Month)

    3. Monthly Target: 1,200 ± Tickets.

    4. Bonus & Promotion: Depending on Performance.

    Work Day & Shift Time: Saturday to Friday (Weekly Holiday is Sunday) and

    • Shift Time & Working Hours: No Fix Time but 08 Hours a Day.

    5. Responsibilities & Duties: You must work dedicatedly & effectively with under pressure
    and try to give your best performance to gradually increase our project productivity.
    Always avoid major mistake and ensure quality service with professionalism. Follow the
    training and work accordingly.

    6. Absence / Leave Rule: If any kind of serious or important issue occurs regarding absence,
    then the employee must inform the management immediately. If fail, then the company
    preserves the right to take action against the employee and a penalty will adjust from
    NET Salary. In the case of permanent leave, the employee must inform the management
    before 1 Month. If the employee leaves without notifying the company, then company
    preserves rights to take judicial action against the employee.

    7. Past Records: If any declaration is given or information furnished by you, to the company
    proves to be false, or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material
    information, in such cases, you will be liable to removal from services without any notice.

    8. Tenure of the Service Contract: Your service contract will be valid for Two (02) years from
    the date of your joining from 02/05/2023 to 30/05/2025 and may be extended for
    another two years based on your performance & mutual agreement of both parties.

    9. If at any time in our opinion which is final in this matter you are found non-performer or
    guilty of fraud, dishonest disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline
    absence from duty without permission or any other conduct considered by us deterrent
    to our interest or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, your services may be
    terminated without notice and on account of reason of any of the acts or omission the
    company shall be entitled to recover the damages from you.

    10. All legal matters are subject to Bangladesh Jurisdiction.

    Please confirm your acceptance of the appointment on the above terms and conditions by
    signing and returning this letter for our records.
