1. State and explain superposition theorem along with the procedure to apply.
2. For the circuit shown, find R such that the maximum power delivered to the
load is 3 mW.

3. Explain Thevinin’s theorem and Norton’s theorem by considering any circuit


as an example.
4. State Thevenins theorem. Obtain the Thevenin’s equivalent circuit across
terminals A and B for the circuit shown in Fig. 5.

5. In the network shown in fig. 6, the load ZL is connected between terminals A


and B. Find the value of the load ZL such that it receives the maximum
power. Also find the value of maximum power.
6. Find the current through 3 + j4 Ω using superposition theorem.

7. Find the value of RL for maximum power transfer. Also find the maximum
power transferred to RL .

8. Find i0 in the network shown in Fig. using superposition.

9. Using superposition theorem, find the current in 6Ω resistor in the network


shown in Fig. 7.
10.Using Millman’s theorem, find the current through load resistance RL for the
circuit shown in Fig. 4

11.State and prove Maximum Power Transfer Theorem when both R L and X L
are varying.
12.Find the current through (4+j3) Ω using Millman’s theorem. Refer Fig below.

13.Find the Thevenin and Norton equivalent circuits for the network shown in
Fig 3.
