STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

My name is Sherif Nuhu. I was a student at Ada College of education (affiliate of


University of Education, Winneba) completing a bachelor degree of education
specifically upper primary education and planning on transferring to a two-year college
or University . My educational aspirations consist of acquiring a master’s degree in any
educational sector that would assist me in pursuing an educational career as an
educationist.
On the other hand, my career vision is to one day be able to provide affordable
educational institution to marginalized communities in the United States or any part of
the world . However, I am certain that if I do not complete my master’s degree I could
never have the opportunity to achieve my career goals.
I decided that I will attain a career as an educationist since my passion has
always been assisting others and trying to improve their quality of life. Therefore, I think
that pursuing
such a career will provide me the opportunity to help improve the community's
intellectual
quality conditions and learn about their educational needs. After becoming a certified
educationist , I want to specialize in educational psychology , the study of cognitive, and
add my knowledge to the educational counseling field.
Furthermore, I want to contribute back to less privileged populations in the
U.S that struggle every day to sustain a family, and who do not have as much access to
education as other privileged groups. The first educational project I want to accomplish
throughout my career as an educationist is to establish a free education where
affordable education can be provided regardless of the individual status. The diverse
education services would include free tuition, low-price admission fee, and low-price or
well strategic payment fee for educational materials for studies to ensure inclusivity,
equity and equality in the school . I also intend to provide sports and entertainment
facilities to ensure physical fitness and talent development of learners as well.
The second biggest career goal that I want to accomplish is to establish a non-
profit organization where I can create avenue for scholarship for students in U.S.
I know that all of my goals will remain. dreams if I do not complete my master’s
degree. Therefore, I am committed to working hard in school and looking for
opportunities that could help me make my goals a reality.
