• Pick up from Cochin and drive to Munnar.

• Visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, Tea Plantations and Spice Garden on the

way.

• Reaching Munnar, rest for the day at the hotel.

• Suggest starting at 9 am for visiting Eravikulam National park, followed by Tea

Museum.

• Post lunch, visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo point, Kundala Lake, Viewpoints,

Pothamedu view point and Botanical Garden.

• Note: The Eravikulam National Park tickets can be either booked in advance or

purchased from the counter.

• The park is closed from Feb to April due to the breeding time of Nilgiri Tahr.

• Tea Museum is closed on Mondays.

• Suggest to start by 9am as Munnar to Thekkady drive will take 3-4 hours.

• On reaching Thekkady, you may go for boating in Periyar Lake to watch the

Periyar wild life sanctuary (Tickets can be either booked in advance or purchased

from the counter).

• In the evening, you can enjoy optional activities like Kathakali, Elephant ride,

Elephant bath, Musical fountain, and Ayurveda massages on direct payment basis.

• When you have two nights at Thekkady, either relax or continue with the missed-

out activities mentioned above.

• You can even go for eco-tourism activities such as a full-day Gavi tour, trekking,

Bamboo rafting, natural walking, Green walking, tiger trail, jungle patrol, etc (all

are optional with separate entrance fees).

• Overnight stay at Thekkady (Read our blog on Thekkady for more details).

Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat | Royal Houseboat Sharing | 1km from

• The drive from Thekkady to Alleppey would take 4 hrs.

• Hence suggest starting by 8 am to board the houseboat by 12 – 1 pm.

• Houseboat will be stopped for lunch for 1hrs with the cruise till 5:30 pm.

• The boat will be anchored till the next day morning,with a 1-hour cruise in the

morning for check out at 9 am.

• There are different categories of houseboats available like Deluxe, Premium, and

Luxury, where Deluxe is the basic boat.

• In the houseboat, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, tea, snacks, mineral

water, lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

Alleppey to Cochin drop

• Visit Alleppey beach and drop at Cochin.

• Subject to availability of time, we provide complimentary Cochin sightseeing

Net, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Mattanchery Palace, Jewish Synagogue,

Marine Drive, Marine Walkway, boating, Tripunithura Hill Palace.

• If interested, can go for a shopping at Cochin.

• Our representative will drop you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and

will extend necessary support required there.

• Drive back to your hometown with the sweet memories of the Kerala trip.

• Tripunithura Hill Palace opens from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Monday.

• The Dutch palace is closed on Friday.

• The synagogue opens from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 5 PM and is closed on Friday

and Saturday.

Cost Includes:

Terms and Conditions:

• Keeping our destinations clean is obligatory for all of us, please do not put trash on the road or litter anywhere

during your tour to Kerala.

• There will be Gala Dinner in many hotels/resorts on 24th December and on 31st December, The mentioned rate is

excluding Gala dinner charges which need to be paid along with package cost.

• The Gala dinner charges differs from hotel to hotel and can vary from Rs 1500 to Rs 5000 per person, Gala dinner

charge is mandatory for the guests in most of the hotels, even if you do not avail the same.

• Room rate at hill stations like Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal are calculated with Non-A/C rooms unless

mentioned as A/C in the itinerary (if the itinerary contains any of such places mentioned).

• Check in and Check out at hotels will be as per hotel policy where most of the hotels prescribe check in at 2 PM and

check out at 11 am.

• If the package includes houseboat, check-in is at 12Noon and cruises till 5:30 PM with 1 hour halt for lunch, and

Boat will be anchored on shore till 8 AM and cruises till 9 AM for checkout.

• Houseboat category starts with Deluxe (A/C only in room from 9pm to 5am), Premium (A/C only in room, but full

time) and Luxury with glass covered in front area and provide full time A/C both in room and sitting area as well.

 • Changing a hotel on arrival or during the trip will attract cancellation charge for the previous hotel.

• Charges for extra bed/breakfast for kids not mentioned in the package have to be paid directly as per hotel policy.

• Some hotels provide only mattress for extra bed and not coat.

• The breakfast/ dinner menu will be at the sole discretion of the hotel concerned.

• Breakfast on arrival day will be served only if room to freshen up is availed, and if the arrival is before 9am.

• Some sightseeing spots have weekly holidays, and we won't be able to compensate, if travelling falls on these days.

• During the sightseeing tours, especially in the wild life parks, boating, trekking etc the guest has to adhere to all the

rules and regulations framed by the authorities concerned, failing which Paradise Holidays will not be responsible in

any manner.

• During the tour, if you face any difficulty or lag in service, it may be informed to us at the moment to act upon.

• We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels to make sure the selected hotel is as per your interests.

Booking Procedure:

• You may transfer a token advance to initiate booking and inform transaction details through email.

• We do not block room/house boat until advance is received, Early payment of advance will ensure the availability of

hotels/house boats opted in the final itinerary.

• Our reservations will inform if any hotel require extra advance.

• Balance payment need to be made either before arrival or directly at our Cochin office on arrival.

• For Non-Cochin arrival, full payment should be made at least two days before arrival.

• We do not accept cheque, Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Raveendra Hospitality Pvt Limited”,

payable at Aluva, if the payment is being done through that mode.

• You can make the payment by any of the easy options such as Cash/Cheque deposit, NEFT/SWIFT transfer can be

made in to any of the account mentioned below.
