INTRODUCTION TO PYTHON

Python is an open-source (free) programming language that is used in web


programming, data science, artificial intelligence, and many scientific
applications.
Learning Python allows the programmer to focus on solving problems, rather
than focusing on syntax. Its relative size and simplified syntax give it an edge
over languages like Java and C++, yet the abundance of libraries gives it the
power needed to accomplish great things.
INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT

Online movie ticket booking management is the process by which customer can
purchase their movie tickets directly using internet and pay through online
banking.
Online movie ticket booking management is measurable, cost effective and has
very good user interface.
Online movie ticket booking management is useful for both promoters and
customers equally.
Customers can make online ticket booking at any instance of 24 hours a day.
This is a web-based application therefore they can buy ticket from anywhere
around the world.
Customers can use cinema website to know about new movies, show timings
and cinema locations.
Customer can buy tickets without wasting their time.
Cinema owner can inform to customers about new release and discounts and
also can get feedback from customer. This feedback will be helpful for him to
make new strategy for business.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The scope of the project “Movie ticket booking management” is to enable the
user to select theatre and then book the desired seat number in available seat.
Motive of this is to booking tickets online.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
It is a web based online project. The main aim of the project is any user can
access the system through website at any time without going to the theatres. Is a
new user also he can collect all information like as a movies /available, list of
theatres.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

The main objective of the Online Movie Ticket Booking System is to manage
the details of Movie, Ticket, Customer, Show Timing, and Audi. It manages all
the information about Movie, Booking, and Movie. The project is totally built
at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
Feasibility study is the process of determination of whether or not a project is
worth doing feasibility studies are undertaken within tight time constraints
and normally culminate in a written and oral feasibility report.

OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
Our project “Movie Ticket Booking Management” is operationally feasible
since there is no need for special training of staff member and whatever little
instructing on this system is required can be done so quite easily and quickly as
it is essentially. This project is being developed keeping in mind the general
people who one have very little knowledge of computer operation and but can
easily access their required database and other related information .The
redundancies can be decreased to a large redundancies the system will be fully
automated.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY
Our project “Movie Ticket Booking management” is feasible on technical
remarks also, as the proposed project is more beneficiary in terms of having a
sound proof system with new technical components installed on the system. The
proposed system can run on any machines supporting window and Internet
services and works on the best software and hardware that had been used while
designing the system so it would be feasible in all technical terms of feasibility

ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY
Among the most important information contained in feasibility study is Cost
Benefit Analysis and assessment of the economic justification for a computer-
based system project. According to this our project is economically feasible

CONCLUSION

✓ The project has been developed successful and the performance of the
system has been found satisfactory. Use of this interface helps customer in
having immediate information about running movies and reserve their seats
without wasting their time.
✓ This project is basically made for providing the customer anytime and
anywhere service for booking cinema tickets and providing information about
the movies and their schedule online.
✓ The admin can use this project to insert and delete the data such as movie
description, movie schedule which will
be updated and accessible by the customers.
✓ This system is basically aimed to provide complete information of
the movie and schedule to the customer, according to which he can
book the tickets.
