Visitation is by Appointment
Course Descriptions
This course comprehensively introduces the fundamental concepts and techniques of probability
and statistics, essential for data analysis across various fields. Students will explore the principles
of probability, including data analysis, variables, and probability distributions. The course will
also cover descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and
regression analysis. Through practical applications and real-world examples, students will
develop critical thinking skills necessary for interpreting data, making informed decisions, and
addressing uncertainty.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, the student will be able to:
1. analyze and interpret data effectively,
2. fostering a deeper appreciation for the role of statistics in everyday life.
