WHAT IS
A chatbot is a software application designed to simulate human conversation, either through text

•AI-powered chatbots: These use machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to understand and respond to
user inputs. They can learn from interactions and improve their responses over time.

•E-commerce: Assisting with product recommendations, order tracking, and customer support.
•Healthcare: Offering information about symptoms, scheduling appointments, and providing basic medical advice.
