Dear Pavana,
Sub: Internship cum Offer Letter for the Position of Internship Trainee - Management Consultant.
We appreciate you for participating in our selection process for the position Internship Trainee -
Management Consultant to work with K2 Ventures for its assigned client Adrasti Technologies
Private Ltd. (Herein after referred to as Client) and we are happy to inform that you have been
shortlisted.
You are appointed as Internship Trainee – Management Consultant with Annual stipend of Rs.
2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) with effective from 23rd December 2024.
The first One (1) year of your employment will be a Training Period/probationary period. And your
employment may be terminated or resignation form employee during this period at any time on one
week’s notice or payment in lieu of notice. If your performance does not meet management
expectations, continuation of employment beyond the training period may not be guaranteed.
2. Notice Period
In the event of your resignation you will be required to give 90 days’ notice or 3 months’ stipend in
lieu of it. The Company/ and Client may terminate the services of an individual without assigning any
reasons, but with a similar notice period or salary in lieu thereof, except in case of termination on the
grounds of misconduct / dishonesty / theft / loss to Company/ and Client, etc. In the event of requisite
period of notice not being given, either side will be liable to compensate proportionately to the extent
of salary/stipend and other dues for the period of shortfall in notice period.
You will not be eligible for any other benefits other than the stipend during the period of internship.
The client approving to work as internship with you based on your performance, business realities and
performance of the team, company and the client.
I accept the above terms & conditions as explained during our interaction. I would fulfill the formalities as
per the timelines to join as per the letter.

8. Copy of the relieving letter from previous employer (if previously employed).
9. Copies of experience certificates from all previous employers (if previously employed).
10. Copy of last 3 months Salary slip / salary certificate (if previously employed).
