Customer service is the service provided by the companies to their customers to


resolve their queries. It is beneficial for both customers and the companies. If
company provides better customer service then they can attract new customers and
can retain old customers.

With the increase in customer service centers popularly known as call centers or
BPO”S. there is increase in employment opportunities. The main criteria are good
communication skills and telephone etiquettes.
Now a day’s product quality and delivery are basis of business the only difference
left is superior customer service.

The modern mantra of getting success in business is superior customer service

Good Morning Sir/Madam, thank you for giving me this opportunity, my name is Gopal
Dasari, I am originally from West Godavari Ap, but I currently live in Hyderabad .
I completed my graduation in Engineering from NSRIT in vskp.
I like to extract knowledge from the internet and listen to music in my free time.
I am skilled in web research apart from that,my strengths are that I adapt quickly
to new environments and absorb new information quickly.
My goal for the future is to be in a senior position in my field of work.

Why this job?


I have good knowledge on web research as I have used in my final year for
collecting the relevant content to my project.And I also have good communication
skills.i am also one of the admin of Instagram page of my home town where I post
content. So I think this job would fit me as it also requires similar skills.

What did you do in last 2years?


Being a fresher and from non IT background it is hard for me to get a job after
post Covid situation in my field of study. So I decided to enter a job and gain
experience in communication .
So I can help to my career by taking this experience and explore my skills. So I
can see my self in a better position in my field of work.
